“miss Hope T. gave me the best customer service i’ve ever received. i also want to point out how collected the new guy at the front was. he gave amazing customer service also. i had to come back in because my order was messed up (not really, they just split the chicken up in a different way than what i asked because of the way their system was.) i will admit, i was a bit snappy because my 10 month old started getting cranky and i had to walk all the way back to the front after getting to my car and checking the food. she was not rude what so ever. she was super sweet, made everything right, and made sure i was happy. she also got me in and out. i didn’t even have to wait no more than a couple minutes. GIVE MY GIRL HOPE A RAISE! ❤️“
