“Fantastic sports bar. Food is excellent! Great variety of menu items. Burgers and appetizers were top notch. I hear the pizza is great as well. Place is loaded with TV's with any and all possible games available. Atmosphere was on the louder side, to be expected, but not ao loud that you can't carry on a conversation. If you're a sports fan, this place is perfect! Highly recommend!!!“

“Great service, excellent beer choice, and really good apps, especially considering it was packed to watch the Lions game! Great crowd and environment to watch a game! Nakedness wings were really good, southwest eggrolls and Asian potstickers were solid choices!“

“I’m so surprised I just found this hidden gem all these years I’ve lived up the road. It’s my new favorite place to go watch all sports live on all their TVs. The food is very good I love the sliders and they give you a ton of fries, all at a steal of a price. The drinks and beers are very inexpensive as well. But the best part is the staff, the bartenders are so incredibly awesome and polite and the servers too, very attentive and friendly. The service is excellent. Love this pub.“

“Enjoyed the fact that I could have a conversation with someone and be heard. It was a Wednesday night. The place wasn't very crowded so we could enjoy ourselves while enjoying a beverage. The service was above average just felt it was slower than it should have been for it not being busy but I'm empathetic to that as I worked in the restaurant business many years ago and motivation is hard when it's slow. Overall a nice experience and would like to go back soon.“

“Big portions and tasted really good. Had fish and chips amd others had the zip burger. Service good, busy and a little understaffed but not like you waiting a long time.

“Last night my family and myself went to Grand Tavern for supper after a long day. Our waiter Xhorxh was absolutely amazing! Personally, I have dietary restrictions and explained to him that I am unable to have gluten, dairy, or egg. I had already pre-creeped the menu before arriving so I could find a meal that would be easy to hopefully adapt to my dietary restrictions. After explaining my restrictions Xhorxh was ON IT! He immediately spoke to the chef and the chef adapted my meal to my restrictions. Xhorxh did tell me that there could be a possible cross contamination with gluten on one of my sides and explained that they couldn’t guarantee that that one thing would be gluten free. Listen, not very often in the service industry do you come across a wait staff member or chef that made sure to cross all of the boxes. I ordered brussel sprouts as the appetizer without the cheese (I could have had three plates of that it was so good) and the cedar plank salmon and ordered two veggies as my side. IT was DELISH!!!!! Xhorxh also made sure that our drinks were constantly filled and took amazing care of our family. My MIL even made a comment after we received our meals how she really liked him as a waiter. I wished we had a Grand Tavern where we lived but unfortunately we are 8 hours away but we will absolutely be back when visiting family! ❤️“

“Unexpected excellence! Came in at 4pm on Friday, our efficient and friendly waiter Andy was taking care of at least 10 other tables-but made each customer feel well taken care of. The clam chowder soup was excellent, like from a fine seafood restaurant! The Cobb salad was presented beautifully, and I took about half of it home! We live 1 hour away-but will make plans to return!“

“Took our first trip to this place just last night. Has a little bit of everything for those not looking to stay seated during dinner. Food took forever though and was decent. Waitress was a little lost with constantly asking our table of 6 what they ordered and whose drink went with whose order. Other than that the atmosphere was pretty cool. We played some cornhole, which was decently priced by the hour ($10). Plus they had classic arcade games, free to play like Ms Pac Man, Galaga, Frogger, and Donkey Kong along with 90’s classics like Mortal Kombat, NFL Blitz and House of the Dead. Plus over a dozen pinballs. Arcade area was a sight to see since most places now use carnival or ticket games. They also had a poker room which was full. Did not see any pool tables, darts or disc golf so not sure if those get removed during poker night. I’d consider coming back but not during their busier times. It was more than half capacity but id imagine an even further delay on food or your wait staff being really lost handling more than 20 orders at multiple tables. Either way I’d recommend it as long as you aren’t really hungry going in or don’t like huge crowds.“

“CK Diggs is an absolute gem near downtown Rochester! The food was amazing — everything we ordered was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. We tried the boneless wings, nachos, quesadillas, Reuben sandwich, Southwest pasta, Cajun steak strips, pretzel bites, and Beijing beef — and every single dish was delicious.

The service was just as impressive — friendly, attentive, and fast. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual night out or a relaxed dinner with friends.

The Cookie Monster and carrot was was beyond delicious.

“This place is surprisingly good! I was impressed with my server Alicia, she did an outstanding service for me and my family. I was spectical at first ( being our first time). When my 5 year old spilled his water she was so fast to clean it up. i apologize so many times and she was just so sweet the whole time. ( tip her extra). The food came out hot, and my husband really loved his tacos. This is definitely a Family friendly restaurant. Definitely coming back for my Daughter’s birthday. Outstanding restaurant overall.“

Warm comfortable interior to play a game or bet on the lotto.
Don't be fooled by the plain appearance of the outside stop in for great food. Fish and Chips is the best and they have been know for it for decades. Also burgers are top notch. Prices are still reasonable.
Take the time to check out this long lived Macomb Co. Local favorite.“

“We love this location! We have always had a great experience here. This evening Hunter went above and beyond. Helped me with trying to decide what to order and found me a wine selection that I would love paired with it. Loved his fun energetic personality. I hope that we can catch him in the bar area again so that I can sit in his section! The hostess were fabulous. I manage high volume restaurants and my expectations are set high and they were certainly met here this evening!“
