“The food used to be pretty good here but it depends if you go Monday Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday it seems like the steak has been microwaved on Friday it's absolutely delicious Saturday and Sunday are iffy and they keep on raising their prices on food this place is usually pretty busy and when they do actually have pre-made box pie it's like five bucks a slice kind of high their bathrooms are clean though when they have them open but they don't give you an option when you order food if you want corn tortilla or flour tortilla I didn't even know that was an option until I went to La cantina”

“This place has pretty decent food and pretty decent beer the beer is cold I don't know if the food is made from scratch though because I've seen the Swanson delivery driver in back a few times the few times that I did go they did not take debit card / and certain credit cards so we had to go get cash which was an inconvenient. Just always bring cash whenever you go to this place to avoid having them bring back your card and say we don't accept this.”

“Absolutely wonderfull experience. Staff was kind and welcoming, very accomodating. Burger was the best ive ever had. Bigger than I could have expected, juicy and flavorful. Honestly worth every penny. Would recommend anyone to give this place a try. Will definitely be returning. Number 1 for a reason.”

“Delicious. We had low expectations, but we're truly surprised!!! The tamales were amazing They tasted amazing. Best tamales I've had. The beans were just like regular beans but better and the rice was well, rice :). The carne asada was delicious and really made our day. The only drawback is that the place feels over decorated but that doesn't really matter because when you eat you should focus on the people that you are eating with. People are nice if I could rate the atmosphere 4.5 I would but whatever.”

“Owner response a few days after the post. The only thing I feel they need to change is where the cash only post is located. It's on the FB page but its not where I looked, and I did look, It's not on Google at all like they said or thought it was. As far as the ATM in the place, that's a nice touch but they made it seem like 2.00 bucks was no biggie, but if everyplace had a ATM that does add to the price of a night out, all card fees are passed on to the paying customer anyways is my point and that does add up for the paying customer. I do appreciate them keeping the costs down and making it an affordable meal for everyone, I get what the owner/ owners are doing.Very decent food for our first time here. Service was decent, the food prices were fair. The only thing we didn't know about was they don't take cards at all but there is an ATM in there but there will be a stiff fee if you use that machine. We didn't know about it. I was told why they do it that way and it makes sense, most places just add that fee back to the customers. I didn't see anywhere on their website where it was cash only, I might have missed it. We / I would eat here again.”

“Surprisingly good, no complaints.The Blt was thick with a bunch of bacon. The pattymelt burger was spot on.Went for a late lunch, the staff were lively and enjoying themselves which is nice to see.We travel and stay in small towns where most food is average, this place was an unusual gem.”

“I understand it is coming to the end of the season, which means less hours until closing for the winter, My only problem with the place was that there were only two employees during a rush hour and the very nice lady at the window seemed overwhelmed. On top of the fact that she couldn't find her cook, there wasn't enough food in the inventory to make what was needed for that day. Long story short we went for a hotdog and left with the best damn hamburger I have ever eaten ? loved it!”

“Diana was great. The cake was a big decision for us and when you know, you just know. Facilities we're very welcoming and clean, Diana had hundreds if not thousands of picture of her work, the samples were fresh, and she continues to do work shops and educate herself. We are lucky and very pleased to have her do our wedding cakes!”

“Husband and I went to Lakeview Inn Saturday late afternoon and had the deep fried mushrooms and onion rings. Both items were very good and the Bloody Mary was excellent!!! Ordered a small meat lovers pizza to take home and we're very impressed how good it was as well. It was awesome and will definitely return. That Bloody Mary though!! Must return for one of those!!! Service was good too, all around great experience!!”

“This is a great place to get bar food. We going for the burgers. It is your typical local bar atmosphere. The space could use a makeover but the staff and food more than make-up for the appearance. A pool table, juke box and keno are all available.”

“I am a south haven local but this McDonald’s is better than the one in south haven and is my favorite to go to in southwest Michigan. The restaurant itself is not as fancy as south havens but they make up for it in other ways. Managers are nice and most service employees are friendly too. I’ve come here 7 times this year and my food is always hot, fresh and good. Not to mention my sandwiches are wrapped nicely and my drinks are plentiful and done the way I like them. Their kitchen staff is exceptional. I’ve come here for both breakfast and dinner and not once can I complain about the food. Service is a bit slow but is worth it if you like your food fresh and actually want to be treated like a customer. Whatever it is they’re doing, they’re doing a great job!”
