Early Bird Restaurant

The bad: run down, smelly entryway is not a good sign. They only take checks or cash which is annoying. (Have to assume lots of tourists come here. Why not just take cards and save yourself and your guests the aggravation?) Had to go to an ATM nearby that charged me a fee of $3.50. So we're starting off on a bad note. This is our first time here. Karen was our waitress and she was so much fun! She recommended the the Early Burger and it was delicious! Along with the Yukon Gold potatoes. Great experience all around!! We will be back!! And hopefully Karen will be here!

This is a family favorite when we come up north ever year! We actually came two days in a row this year. From the outside and the decor, you would expect this to be a greasy spoon, but I actually find their menu to be a list of filling, hearty options with several healthy choices.
