“Came here from out of town with our family. Had Amber for our waitress. She was super personable, very attentive, and made our visit the wonderful experience it was. We came on a Monday burger night. She recommended the mushroom Swiss burger, which i got. Absolutely delicious! My husband got the Whiskey bacon burger and that was good too albeit a little on the sweeter side.

Side note: as a mom of an infant, I really appreciated the changing pads being available at the diaper changing station in the restroom. You don't find those available too often, so it was very appreciated.“

“We’re on a girls trip from Ohio. Went through the drive thru to keep moving fast. They were slammed! The guy who helped us was named Cory. He was exceptionally friendly and positive. We sat outside to eat and listened to him greet every single car pleasantly and happily. Awesome attitude Cory! I own a restaurant and employees who stay positive even during the slammed times are diamonds in the rough. Keep it up with yo bad ass!“

“Stopped in the other night to pick up a burger for dinner. Had a rum & cola while waiting. There was two waitresses working, I delt with both, not knowing which one was assigned to my table. Both were very friendly & made me feel welcome, both were working hard but smiling the whole time. The burger I ordered was delicious and made the way I wanted. “Well.. there is one elderly lady that I seem to always get when I order. She tries so hard to work the register. She has difficulty with the app code. Every time. But she is so nice. She tries so hard. That I was not annoyed and neither was anyone else. She wants to work. I bet you she's there everyday. Isn't she? Kudos to her. It was a good experience. No irritation on the part of her coworkers either. I bet she gets along with everyone.

“Wendy's Bay City, MI is completely ridiculous. They find it appropriate to block the entire drivethru with their delivery truck. THE WHOLE ENTIRE DRIVETHRU. The doors are locked so you cannot even order your food. I waited 20 minutes for that truck to move. When I finally got to order the manager had the audacity to tell me that I didn't wait, that I had not just waited 20 minutes. The customer service here is the worst out of all of the fast food restaurants down Euclid. I WILL NOT BE BACK. They need to learn to service their customers and not call their customer's liars.“

“It's a McDonald's, like all others. The drive-thru is pretty swift, though it can be busy at peak hours. Food is consistent. Staff are usually kind and attentive. Always double-check your order before pulling away, especially when it's busy.“

“Went in the drive-thru after the fireworks, so it's like 12:45am on July 5th and my group really just needed some sustenance. I felt awful making a big order with such short time before close, and was honestly expecting the food to not be very fresh. However, I was pleasantly surprised when everything came out perfect! I didn't catch his name, but the guy taking orders on headset was very nice and patient. Connor who was at the second window was super personable and made me feel much less bad about coming in late. Thank you to the staff on the night of July 4th for working the holiday and doing your best at it!“

“I think this is one of the better McDonald's out there. I think they are friendly, I didn't see workers standing around. They always quickly ask if I need anything when I walk in. Food is always fresh and the fries are always hot which is very important to me.“
