I been to other Chinese food places and none of them could beat this place. I will definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a good price and portion.“

“This is some of the best sushi in Metro Detroit, it’s our favorite sushi place and we go there almost weekly. The food is always delicious and the staff and service is phenomenal. I have never left this restaurant disappointed or hungry. If I could give this place more than five out of five stars, I would. 11/10 would recommend. “I recently made my first visit back to Bangkok Express in quite some time, and it was a nostalgic trip down memory lane! This place used to be one of my go-to spots to take my Aunt Bertha in between her doctor visits and physical therapy sessions, and it holds a special place in my heart as we approach a year since her transition. We always ordered the sweet-and-sour shrimp (no heat), adding extra onions and shrimp for that burst of flavor!

Walking into the restaurant, I noticed they’re still operating with the COVID-style wrap and cover, so there's no dining in anymore, which was a bit disappointing. However, the warm welcome from the family that runs the place made up for it. They were incredibly friendly, and it felt great to see familiar faces.

The food was just as delicious as I remembered! While chatting with a couple who were visiting for the first time, I was happy to share my recommendations. I’m glad I could provide them with an accurate review based on my past experiences.

“The food was best Thai I have had in a long time. I had the B7 Kra Tiem Prik Thai. Lunch came with soup and refills. Very reasonably priced as well. I did have problems finding it at first, look for the building that looks like an old bank.“
