We were soooo excited a chick fil a was opening less then a mile from our house…but every single time we’ve gone something is missed..No Mac n cheese one time another time got fried nuggets instead of grilled,another time the sauce was missing and tonight my husband came home to realize his fries weren’t in the bag…such a disappointment and even though there has been several screw ups we kept coming back but this was the last time!!! This chik fil a is AWFUL!!! Do not waste your time here! The food is always stale , they’re the slowest one I’ve ever been to, the employees are rude , they SAY they’re out of chik fil a sauce when they’re not because they don’t order enough to cover themselves. I live ONE MILE down the street and will drive to the haggerty location because it’s THAT MUCH BETTER! Worst chik fil a experience EVER!
I’ve ordered chicken minis in the app the last 2 Saturdays. The 1st time, 2 of the chicken minis were missing the chicken nugget and they had a hair on them. The 2nd time, I got a box of chicken nuggets instead of chicken minis. I will not be back to this location, I’ll drive to Northville.
