“I would like to thank Daily Dozen at the 15 Mile store and Noelle who SAVED my daughter’s grad party yesterday! I ordered 8 dozen another shop closer to me who “forgot” about my order when I went to pick it up after confirming twice. The customer service was awful and I left in tears. I remembered a coworker of mine who is a loyal customer to the Daily Dozen and remembered how good the donuts were. I pulled it up online to see where the closest location was. About 30 mins from my home, but so worth it! My sister-in-law and I walked in the store and I was still choked up and had tears in my eyes in a panic. Noelle to the rescue! I told her I needed to create a donut wall and she helped me pick out six dozen of the cutest donuts and everything that would hang well. It looked absolutely perfect, all the guests commented on how amazing they were, and all 6 dozen were gone by the end of the night! So, THANK YOU!“

“We stoped by the Utica location twice and had mixed feelings about it. The location and ambiance is very cute and cozy. Our first trip we tried the breakfast wraps with turkey sausage which was not our favorite. Next visit we had the bagel sandwiches which were delicious. We tried 4 different lattes on the 2 visits and all tasted off. My husband and I agreed that the coffee/espresso beans they use tasted burnt. If we stop by again, we would probably just try a tea or drip coffee.“

“Whoever was working yesterday morning around 6/6:30 am (woman, dark hair) was a true gem! I had placed a pick up order from Krispy Kreme across the street - I don't know if it was weather related, but the entire place was shut down and the phone just kept ringing. I called this Tim Horton's, told them the situation (I was running late and had a big order), and within 2 minutes I was paid, packed and back in the car on my way. Excellent service!!!! This employee deserves some recognition!“

“I come to this location very often because it’s on the way to my job. Sometimes there is a wait but I always get my order prepared correctly and they are also so nice! Today, a young lady named Fallon was working the drive thru and she was so nice and informative because I truly didn’t know what a latte was. But we both laughed about it. “Went here for the first time today (day before Thanksgiving) and it was good. Decided to try something new today and branch out from my usual basic self since it's on the edge of the end of fall/ beginning of winter. I decided to try a medium sized spiced cookie iced coffee with oatmilk, three shots of vanilla, a splash of sweet cream and sweet vanilla cold foam on top. I went inside, thankfully, because after I tried to sip I decided to add two sugars to it because I thought it needed a little bit more sweetness. But I am definitely a sweetness girl and have always been a huge fan of drinks when I have the option to choose for myself. But I can handle drinks if they aren't sweet. I just prefer sweeter drinks. But I did drink the whole thing and thoroughly enjoyed it and would consider ordering it again. But maybe getting a little bit more than a splash of sweet cream next time. The workers were great. My drink was delivered splendidly and quickly and I have nothing to say but good things.
