“This is my favorite location to go to! Not only because I live like less than 2 blocks away but because of Jamila, Bethany & Tania - the customer service I’ve received from them every single time I come in, is such a warm, welcoming experience. Staff can play a huge impact on how a business is ran and I truly believe that these 3 young ladies keep it together (this is MY opinion + MY experience - I cannot speak for others)
But yes definitely 10/10 Recommend coming to this Tim Hortons if you are in the area and/or looking for a new location to start goin! Thanks again, guys! Amazing customer service!“
“I usually don’t do reviews but I had to do this one. I just left this place from working a 10 hour shift i just wanted some coffee and a sandwich. The guy at the window was so rude I don’t know if he was the manager or one of the workers, but he was rude to his coworkers as well and he started being rude to me. I just thought y’all should know. I really wanted to say more, but thank God for who he is and how far he brought me from. I just asked a question about my coffee. He got rude. Just thought y’all should know that the service there in the atmosphere was not there this morning, but I’m learning not to let people take me out of my character. Thank you Father God for who you are thank you hallelujah“
