“VESTAVIA HILLS, AL LOCATION: I have been excited to tell yall about this place man (video review coming soon)! I got the chance to go to the grand opening of Dave's Hot Chicken and boy did it live up to the hype! Let's start off with first impressions. The building looks super cool from the outside to the inside. From the dope color skeems to the patterns and art work. Staff was amazing as well. Even though we were in a long line everything moved quickly. Staff was very helpful and whoever that lady manager is was doing her freaking job boy I loved her! Now let's get to some negative before we get to the positive. Something was absolutely wrong with that milkshake machine or the product. It was awful tasting and had a weird stringy like glue consistency. We don't know what it was but we quickly threw them away. We even saw other customers pouring their milkshakes out rinsing the cups and getting soda instead. Hopefully by now they have caught this and fixed the situation. Now the positive. The food itself I don't have anything to say but delicious! The chicken was good and everything went so well with each other. Like man the only thing to me that was just okay was the macaroni and cheese it was just cheese and noodles. It just needed a little salt and pepper and it would have been in there. “10/10!! The service and food here was amazing! The location was very clean inside (even though it was snowy and salty outside), this was my first time eating at this location as I was traveling.
The staff was very friendly and patient as well, my brother and I were checked up on several times by the individual behind the counter. I was even more impressed with the fact that I never saw anyone just standing around while no customers were coming in. Every person in the building was always doing something. Whether it was sweeping the entry way floors, wiping tables, or cleaning counters, everyone was working together! And as customers would come in, they were waited on almost instantly no matter what was going on. I love this franchise and the standard of quality/service that they uphold!“

Everything was amazing and will gladly be back for more. The staff were super friendly and approachable and big ups to front cashier and waitress Mari. “The food here is always phenomenal. The tender is the right amount of tender and juicy. Though, my favorite part of coming to Houston is the service. Every time I come Sean and Trey (I think is how it’s spelt) treat me with nothing but love and kindness. “Ordered through Doordash at 10PM on Christmas evening! What a lifesaver. Dark meat chicken is so good. Lightly breaded (if any breading at all). The skin is very crispy and tasty. Ate it with pickled jalapeno and fried pickles. Reasonable price.“

“Krispy Krunchy Chicken is delicious! The chicken was deliciously seasoned and served hot. They were busy. However, they were moving at a steady pace to accommodate the customers. They are located inside of the gas station on Rosa Parks Boulevard and Gylnn Court. The staff are courteous and friendly. I will visit this location again.

It took a little less than ten minutes from when I placed the order to be out the door, which was great, and the cashier was extremely personable and had a warm attitude.

The single minor complaint I would levy is the potatoes and mushrooms felt undersalted, but I like a lot of salt. That may just be me.“
