“Eating at LON'S is like eating in a family kitchen. With an authentic diner experience. The only way to get better pancakes is to make them at home. I'll vouch for their breakfast menu. The lunch and dinner is hit or miss.
The staff know the regulars by name. They even remember the sometimers like me.“

“The woman who owns it has been there for 15 years. The hot dogs were beautiful and prepared the best I have ever seen. This is far better than a coney Island. My daughter got the nicest veggie dog I've ever seen. Worth the stop right near eastern market.“

“Giving five stars because you guys are awesome people and the community loves you!Constructive feedback regarding why people have stopped coming;•The lady at the front counter takes a bit longer than is preferred considering most people are just stopping for a "quick" bite to eat.•The prices are a bit high. $6/each ?If you had a $2 Tuesday you'd have a line down the hall at least $3.•It looks as though you've watered down the coney sauce to save money. If you were to lower your prices and speed up service this would be a no brainier.I hate to see good business' fail for silly reasons especially if it's as simple as someone giving them honest feedback.It can be difficult to give good people negative feedback. But it is important to do this, especially if we want to see businesses in our community thriving.“

“After visiting Portillo's in Chicago many times I was excited to learn that there is one much closer to us. Finally got to try them yesterday and they did not disappoint! Great food and fast and friendly service! Now only 2 hours away instead of 7. Hope to have many more trips across the border!“

“"Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came!" Hambo is EXCELLENT all the way around! Great food, consistent customer service that makes you feel right at home, and the staff has been a real blessing to me, my husband, and our children! “I had 5 broken teeth and 2 large abscesses and couldn't eat much of anything but was starving. I was looking for something soft to gum. Thinking tamales or beans and cheese. Of the options the flour tortilla beef birria seemed to be the best fit. I ordered those, a side of beans and, a side of consomme. Was amazing. Just on the edge of what I can tolerate heat wise (I am a wimp). Great taste. I used the consomme to make birria ramen for a later meal. (Just beef ramen, 2 sticks string cheese, and the consomme). It was also great, very satisfying.“

“This was my first time at Zeffs.i was headed downtown to Jury duty and needed breakfast. It was 6:30 am. The employees were so pleasant early in the morning which was a plus. The other patrons were a morning delight. The food was delicious and tasty. The wait wasn't long at all 😁. The outside of the restaurant was clean. The inside was clean and inviting. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to eat... especially early in the morning.“

“This is my second time coming to this location near my place. I ordered combo number two. It’s pretty consistent across all their locations. They provide excellent service and good food, and they get you in and out. I believe it was, which is too, delicious: Coney dogs, fries, and a drink. Kerby’s is pretty consistent across all their locations. They provide great service and good food and get you in and out.“
