“My 45 th birthday party, we had six people and only 5 got food, we explained very well before ordering to the waitress that my husband was allergic to onions and we made sure the burritos had no onions per the waitress, so he got the beef burrito and his food came with ours and the waitress held out his plate stating that all dishes had onions in the recipes which is not true, we ate here before with no issue.To not argue and cause a scene he didn't eat and we went to get him food after. We had to call for service.with hands in the air for coffee, more chips, more water. There was only one waitress, but there were only 3 tables with customers. The food was good, but this place is so understaffed and the staff doesn't understand English well enough to accommodate special requests. I wouldn't come again unless I called for carry out an hour prior and make sure there are no special accomodations to your order. Mr. Miguel's on 11 and Ryan will be our always favorite place to go after this episode tonight.“

“Today was my second time going to this Chipotle. It was not a long line. The employees were very pleasant. I have gone to several chipotles. In each time, employees were very rude and the line was ridiculous. I will go again to see how this plays out. so far it was a good experience.“

“Fast, and friendly service . However all locations constantly run out of green peppers, onions and guacamole. Those items make the meal .“

“I came here before and thought it was good. But tonight, I NEEDED a Fourth Meal to give me the calories to drive home to Southwest Detroit after two rounds in a disc golf tournament in Grand Rapids and a heavy metal concert in Clarkston on the same day. I came here, the guy working drive-thru was super respectful, and I’m feeling good with a Baja Blast and a mix of tacos, burritos, and chalupas. Thanks!“

“I bought tacos for my team at work because I appreciate them. Came in 5:30pm 1/24 and the staff was amazing. A class act. Great service speed and helpful. I know Taco Bell can afford it so reward those employees that were on shift. It’s the little things that make a big difference!“
