Foundry burger …delicious, good blend of flavors! Pb&J mule taste just like you imagine and they know how to make an old fashion!!! Thank you for a GREAT experience! “Togo’s is a fantastic local sub shop and a clear standout in Marquette.
The menu is expansive with both hot and cold subs, including classic favorites and house specials. We ordered the Torpedo (a hot special) and a plain turkey and cheese—both were excellent. The 3-cheese Italian bread was especially good—fresh baked, soft, and loaded with flavor. No upcharge for premium bread either, which was a nice surprise.
Toppings were fresh, meats and cheese were flavorful and well-portioned, and the overall value was great—two 9-inch subs came out to under $25.
The inside space is small and intimate with a few tables, but it was clean, tidy, and well-run. It was busy when we visited, but service was fast and friendly. Shoutout to Dawson at the counter for being helpful and welcoming.
The self-serve soda machine was out of order, but the staff offered drinks from behind the counter with no hassle at all, so nothing was lost.

“Oh my word, the hazelnut truffles were amazing!! We came back to visit the UP and stopped in to see your shop. Got some ice cream and several types of truffles. I tried to ration myself but finally gave up, they’re too good! Kids liked the espresso truffles, too. We were there on the 20th, the young woman that helped was very patient and helpful.“

“My husband and I love going to the Delft!! We just had a nice spread of food for our anniversary there this week. We had tasty coconut milk muscles, ribs, the best hummus in town (HANDS DOWN) and a side salad. ❤️🥂🤵♂️👰♀️💍🍽️ I grew up in metro Detroit and miss good genuine hummus/middle eastern food.. the Delft’s hummus is by far the most legit flavor I’ve had in MQT.“

“We had the best experience at Bodega yesterday. We stopped for breakfast to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday with mimosa’s. We had Aurora as a waitress and she is amazing! The food was incredible!! I love that they let you know right away that you will be waiting about 45 minutes for your food, because it is fresh. It was with the wait! Try the coffee, it is delicious! Great way to spend our Saturday morning. I highly recommend it!!“

“visiting from Oshkosh, Wisconsin. stopped in for Supper. Sam our waitress was very friendly and very good. Lasagna and garlic bread was excellent. I will definitely eat there again when in Marquette again.“

“Excellent food, made fresh and on time, you rock! I have been to many places in the U.P. to eat including some "you cant miss this" places and have been disappointed. My wife and I came here last year when camping in Marquette and it was awesome. This year we are camping at Van Riper and made the trip into Marquette so we could eat here again. Fantastic food! My favorite place to eat in U.P.!“

“Was given the wrong order today. They read off what I ordered, but it wasn’t what I received. I didn’t notice until I got home 15 miles away, . $50 for a meal that wasnt even close to what I paid for. Bummer, Hopefully they can do better next time.“
