The Taste of Midland is an amazing bar & grill with delicious Mexican cuisine. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff create a great experience. The Birria Tacos, Carne Asada Tacos, Double-Decker Tacos, and Burrito Supreme are highly recommended. Vegetarian options are available, and substitutions for dietary restrictions are easy. The food is always fresh and drinks are great. The servers, like Penny Jo and Mandi, are fantastic and helpful. The only downside might be the slightly loud music. Overall, a must-visit restaurant with exceptional food and service.
