“I love this subway! I have gone here almost weekly for over a year. The staff is so friendly and recognizes me when I come in and remembers most of my order. It is just such a friendly atmosphere! It is a highlight of my workday to go in to get my lunch.“

“I ordered a 10-piece nugget meal online, and when I picked it up at the counter and dined in, it was hot with fresh hot fries. The restaurant has an odd seating setup, but it is clean and has a refill station, which many locations are getting rid of.“

I just witnessed an elderly couple (must be regulars) who placed an order at the register but must have ordered something they don’t normally order because the manager came out to them and asked if they meant to order that item. It turns out the elderly woman made a mistake. Taco Bell fixed it for them. That’s great customer service right there!“

“I will start by saying I am a big Taco Bell fan, have eaten at many, many different locations. This one has had it's ups and downs since opening, but they're always willing to fix things or make things better, any way they can! Just gotta be kind to them, how would you feel if you were working with only a crew of 2 and there was 6 cars backed up to the road with all large orders? Y'all expect too much from fast food joints, as well as too much from young/new employees who are just trying to learn. And Taco Bell should hire more people for this location, as it's almost always backed up when I get there.

“I'm convinced they don't even try. Way over priced, and can't ever make the food the right way. Something is always forgotten, left off, or made entirely wrong. This is one of the only places in town to grab something quick to eat, and pricing is becoming ridiculous on top of the fact that it's never right. As much as it costs, I'd at least appreciate it being RIGHT“

“Always amazing in store, ordered delivery today. Had some issues with my order. They resolved as quick as possible with a perfect response oriented on customer service. That's rare in today's world. Give them your business. You won't regret it.“

“I don't know the names of people, but whatever two guys who were just on shift when I was in are so awesome. It was just the two of them but they worked pretty quick. Were out of the bread I wanted, but took the time to make a loaf in good time. Felt like actual people working, very welcoming atmosphere. It's small but really nice.“
