“My husband and I stopped in for an earlier dinner. I had the ribeye steak. A little hiccup with the kitchen (requested medium rare, got well done). But without me asking, the General Manager, Laura, took care of it. Dinner was really good. Our waitress was Jennifer. She's the best. Consistent, friendly, and she is a really good server. We will request her again. .”

“First time at the new Quartro's ,Long time customer at the old Quartro's, The host was reallly nice and friendly, a "ten" for her and all of the waitress. all very helpful and friendly. My food was not so good overall, French soup was excellent, couldn't eat my french fries,rubber like, cold, look old, maybe out of the micro wave, large fried shrimps was overdone also, the whole outside of the shrimp's was burned.The service was excellent..we was a party of four, the other three order the sirloin tips, they said not at good as last time, numerous pieces was tough.. maybe a off night for the cook. I couldn't eat my French Fries.I know you want repeat customers.”

“The Open Faced Prime Rib sandwich, was the best I have had since Red Wells closed their doors. The meat is so flavorful. My waitress Karley who was the sweetest thing, told me they slow roast the meat then slice it. We had the Hocus Pocus Marg flight. Sooo cute and so yummy. The place is gorgeous.”

“My husband and me both love Cracker Barrel...but the restaurant in Monroe, MI was terrible. I was told they were making more peach lemonade, when in truth, the restaurant was totally out, and out of meatloaf and ribs...very slow service. When my crispy chicken salad finally arrived, it was made incorrectly after waiting 45 minutes for our dinner. We had to ask 3 times for silverware...The manager never came out to talk to us on request...We will never go back to this Cracker Barrel. Worst dinner experience 😒 😡”

“I love going to Nocturnal! It's a special treat that I am absolutely willing to drive up to Monroe for. The drinks are tasty, the employees are friendly, and the decor and atmosphere are my favorite. I wish the location was larger, with more seating. It's a bit of a bummer to drive 40 mins and have the seating full with drinks "to go" only, but Nocturnal is still my favorite. Nothing but love. 🖤”

“Biggy Monroe is THE BEST. As a coffee snob, I used to think Starbucks was good. OMG was I wrong! Biggby coffee is better tasting, better prices, and the staff are the best! Violet, Audra, Ava, Aiden, Sam, Kiah (to name a few) are always pleasant, funny and remember our order before I even speak. lol. Plus, the specials they offer can't be beat! There's 3 people in line with my husband and no one is there so people start leaving.. so finally they pop put from the back and the girls says they aren't getting "blah blah blah cause I'm not cleaning blah blah blah" and my husband says nevermind and the guy working was like no it's fine I'll make it. I don't get why you are working at and ice cream stand at 630 at night if you don't wanna do your job? she was rude and unprofessional. unsure if it's the new ownership or the people they hire.”

“Monica herself fulfilled an (almost) lifetime dream! Working in polish-dominated Hamtramk, MI, I fell in love with paczki. Moving to Belleville MI, working in Toledo, I needed to find REAL paczki - that pseudo-paczki-junk at Kroger/Meijer is a jelly bismark. Monica makes real paczki. I've gone there from Traverse City since retiring in 2017- on trips to two Monroe fundraisers falling close to Fat Tuesday. The banquets fell 10 days away on either side of Fat Tuesday this year. I called the store, hoping for a pre-or-post Paczki Day special order. THE MONICA, herself, called to get my order. I took a chance to ask if she could do a dozen poppyseed paczki. My Auntie Bessie used to make poppyseed 'shishka', a bohemian version of polish paczki, in the 1950s. I've not had one in 65+ years, after moving from Chicago . Every year, I've wondered if a paczki-maker would be so kind as to fill some with poppyseed. MONICA MADE ME POPPYSEED PACZKI - out of this world!!! THANK YOU MONICA!!”

“Went there for the very first time yesterday with my sons, and everything we ordered was delicious. I was NOT disappointed. My son thoroughly enjoyed his root beer float, and chicken sandwich, and my Philly steak was good, I just wish they had mushrooms to add to it. It seems like it doesn't have that old time flavor I grew up with and it's really expensive considering it's A&W . I miss the old time frosted mug root beer flavor with just enough foam on the top. You see, home made is almost always better for less, but this place sells stuff that I'll probably never make home made. you can look at any hamburger place, and I can make my own for less, I'm just lazy. but I can't make Qdoba stuff. “Literally, Happy's Pizza not only has the BEST food, but the staff there go above and beyond to make you feel like the most important customer everytime you walk in the door. The service is fast and they always make sure your order is correct. From the Pizza, the STUFFED cheese bread, cheese sticks and YES,their CAKES are soooooo good. “We stopped here on the way home from Detroit today. Intentionally searched for an automotive themed restaurant to eat at. We sat at the bar and fell in love with the place! Our bartender, Delilah, and a young man who I assume to be a shift manager held conversations with us-telling us about the restaurant, the food options, local history, etc. Such a great experience! Typically customer service is hit or miss in the world anymore, but we did not experience that here. Top notch! Food was great and the mixed drinks were amazing!”
