“My husband and I stopped in for an earlier dinner. I had the ribeye steak. A little hiccup with the kitchen (requested medium rare, got well done). But without me asking, the General Manager, Laura, took care of it. Dinner was really good. Our waitress was Jennifer. She's the best. Consistent, friendly, and she is a really good server. We will request her again. .”

“First time at the new Quartro's ,Long time customer at the old Quartro's, The host was reallly nice and friendly, a "ten" for her and all of the waitress. all very helpful and friendly. My food was not so good overall, French soup was excellent, couldn't eat my french fries,rubber like, cold, look old, maybe out of the micro wave, large fried shrimps was overdone also, the whole outside of the shrimp's was burned.The service was excellent..we was a party of four, the other three order the sirloin tips, they said not at good as last time, numerous pieces was tough.. maybe a off night for the cook. I couldn't eat my French Fries.I know you want repeat customers.”

“The Open Faced Prime Rib sandwich, was the best I have had since Red Wells closed their doors. The meat is so flavorful. My waitress Karley who was the sweetest thing, told me they slow roast the meat then slice it. We had the Hocus Pocus Marg flight. Sooo cute and so yummy. The place is gorgeous.”

“The sandwiches were seriously delicious especially the bagel. We were pleasantly surprised Wendy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The dining room was clean and the drink station as well. We will definitely be returning to this location and we will recommend to others.

“My husband and me both love Cracker Barrel...but the restaurant in Monroe, MI was terrible. I was told they were making more peach lemonade, when in truth, the restaurant was totally out, and out of meatloaf and ribs...very slow service. When my crispy chicken salad finally arrived, it was made incorrectly after waiting 45 minutes for our dinner. We had to ask 3 times for silverware...The manager never came out to talk to us on request...We will never go back to this Cracker Barrel. Worst dinner experience 😒 😡”

“the last 2 times I had a bad experience but this last took the cake. We pull up to get 3 small banana shakes. There's 3 people in line with my husband and no one is there so people start leaving.. so finally they pop put from the back and the girls says they aren't getting "blah blah blah cause I'm not cleaning blah blah blah" and my husband says nevermind and the guy working was like no it's fine I'll make it. I don't get why you are working at and ice cream stand at 630 at night if you don't wanna do your job? she was rude and unprofessional. unsure if it's the new ownership or the people they hire.”

“I was just there got got my food tipped the waitress that took care of me behind the bar pay for some music that I wanted to hear and she just kept it to play more country. I haven’t been there in a while and I wanted to enjoy a burger and some music, but yeah, you should tell him not to skip people’s music, especially when they’re sitting at the bar you gotta check her out make sure she doesn’t start skipping people‘s music because again I love you guys haven’t been there in a while and my music got skipped for a different song that was related to country. I might be back. I might be not but yeah, I miss you guys, but yeah, tell her not to do that again I’m kind of annoyed, not gonna lie irritated at the most and the sad part is, she didn’t even refund my money. I don’t care about the two dollars. It’s about the principle of all that matters don’t get people songs and then get an attitude when you tell him why do you skip my song.”

“I'm in love with the Truffle Chicken Sando after trying it! The black truffle mayo has a rich, earthy flavor that perfectly complements the crispy chicken. And the addition of sautéed mushrooms is ideal. You should also try the side fries, particularly the truffle ones.”

“Went there for the very first time yesterday with my sons, and everything we ordered was delicious. I was NOT disappointed. My son thoroughly enjoyed his root beer float, and chicken sandwich, and my Philly steak was good, I just wish they had mushrooms to add to it. It seems like it doesn't have that old time flavor I grew up with and it's really expensive considering it's A&W . I miss the old time frosted mug root beer flavor with just enough foam on the top. We will definitely eat there again.”

“They get their food from across the street which is fine because it's good food you just have to wait a little longer to get it. They have a large variety of cocktails and are willing to modify them in any way you want. It's a little bit pricey but one of my favorite bars in Monroe.”

“We stopped here on the way home from Detroit today. Intentionally searched for an automotive themed restaurant to eat at. We sat at the bar and fell in love with the place! Our bartender, Delilah, and a young man who I assume to be a shift manager held conversations with us-telling us about the restaurant, the food options, local history, etc. Such a great experience! Typically customer service is hit or miss in the world anymore, but we did not experience that here. Top notch! Food was great and the mixed drinks were amazing!”

“Monica herself fulfilled an (almost) lifetime dream! Working in polish-dominated Hamtramk, MI, I fell in love with paczki. Moving to Belleville MI, working in Toledo, I needed to find REAL paczki - that pseudo-paczki-junk at Kroger/Meijer is a jelly bismark. Monica makes real paczki. I've gone there from Traverse City since retiring in 2017- on trips to two Monroe fundraisers falling close to Fat Tuesday. The banquets fell 10 days away on either side of Fat Tuesday this year. I called the store, hoping for a pre-or-post Paczki Day special order. THE MONICA, herself, called to get my order. I took a chance to ask if she could do a dozen poppyseed paczki. My Auntie Bessie used to make poppyseed 'shishka', a bohemian version of polish paczki, in the 1950s. I've not had one in 65+ years, after moving from Chicago . Every year, I've wondered if a paczki-maker would be so kind as to fill some with poppyseed. MONICA MADE ME POPPYSEED PACZKI - out of this world!!! THANK YOU MONICA!!”

The menu takes your taste buds all around the world with Italian, Greek, Mexican, and American cuisine through the lense of a townie dive bar. Service was quick and friendly. Are these tacos authentic, not even a little. But are they better than your mom’s white people taco night, oh yes. By a long shot. We will be back.”

The last time I ordered, my pizza it looked like it got tossed around like woody from toy story one when he was in the back of the pizza planet car. I would understand if they were busy but the driver told me they were very slow.”

There is usually only one person working (from my experience), and if there are more than 3 people waiting, you might as well go somewhere else. It's completely unfair for this location to only have one person working. Don't get me wrong wait times. Still, aren't that bad but come on. Get 3 or 4 truckers in line and forget about it.”

Sure their hours are no longer 24/7 but let me tell you about a little secret, it’s worth the wait for those delicious fluffy pancakes with strawberry syrup. Better yet order the bacon temptation omelette you won’t be disappointed. Very nice and respectful staff and very attentive manager to also make sure your experience is top notch! 10/10 would enjoy their pancakes again!!”
