“1st visit vs 2nd visit: from 1 star service to now a 5
You can read why our first visit was less than satisfactory down below, but I wanted to come back and edit my review because our 1st experience was VERY different from our 2nd. I ended up getting in touch with a manager after our 1st experience and they very kindly gave us a gift card and asked us to return sometime soon. We ended up returning today, February 13th, and our experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish: Brielle (I think that is how you spell her name) was wonderful, and food and drinks were fantastic, and we left completely satisfied and happy! The French onion soup is the best I've had, and I really enjoyed the scallops as well. We will be back again!

The food was fanatastic, but our service was really lacking.
The sebass I ordered was delicious but did not come prepared as described on the menu. It said it would come with a soy glaze over Asian vegetables and it came over a bed of spinach with a garlic breading.
Our server forgot to put in our order, or something similar to that. We couldn't understand what had even happened. We arrived at 4:45 and didn't receive our food until 6:30.
The manager came over to speak with us but did not ask us about our experience or offer any discount or retribution. Our server ended up just bringing us dessert and bread to take home. We were running so behind we had to box our food and take it to go at that point so we didn't even get to enjoy it in the restaurant.
Hoping others have a better experience, especially when the bill is almost $400.“
