“Rude waitress,told NO when asked for about a tablespoon of sauce for my burger and waited an hour for food then the waitress informed us that she forgot to put in order. Another rude waitress thought this was pretty funny and said oh well“

“The Bistro has great food. But we sat at a table with chairs. It was like sitting on a board. Maybe they should sit down and experience that.“

“This is a cooking school and boy do they know how to cook. Good luck finding them open, and Lord help you if you insist on sensible service, but the food is great and they will eventually get you things like: a refresh on your ice tea or catsup for your fries. Their focus is on the oh so tasty food so forgive them if they need a reminder on the other details.“

“Ordered the chicken fried rice. Was made fresh to order. Had really good flavor. Staff was friendly and order was correct. Wait time not long for how busy they were. Gave atmosphere 3 stars because it was sweltering in there. Almost took your breath away.“

“Honestly, my experience today made me a patron of this Big Boy for life. My husband and I took our 4-year-old to celebrate her last day of school. The service was attentive and the food was good. While we were there, more of my family wanted to come and join us and have desserts so we stalled for a bit. When my family arrived, my nephew went and played the claw machine...and the machine didn't drop the prize right and it got stuck. The manager and staff went above and beyond trying to help make this right for him. And not only that, the manager gave my daughter and niece a special prize also. I understand not all days will be like this and this won't be the same for other customers and the crane machine isn't even their problem, but I left the restaurant with 3 children who were made to feel extra special by the manager and that wins every time. The manager also chased me down outside the restaurant to give me my sunglasses I had left at the table. This manager went above and beyond for my family, and I guarantee she will give superior service to anyone else who enters this establishment. Her staff was great, but it's probably because she's an amazing also!“
