“I’ve only ever heard great things about Bayview. So when I stopped in to find out for myself I discovered that every positive review was absolutely true and then some.I was greeted with an assortment of tantalizing aromas and incredibly welcoming smile from the staff found behind the counter.The danishes I ordered were very reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. Personally I would have paid significantly more and had been equally satisfied.I highly recommend this bakery and welcome every one to try one or more of their baked goods.Parking: Easy parking next to the park. You’ll have to cross the street to get to the bakery but traffic is minimal and their are plenty of crosswalks.“

“The best apple fritters you will ever have in your entire life.The edges are slightly crispy. The rest of it is soft, flavorful…honestly, it’s like eating a piece of heaven. when you walk in there, it is the best smell in the entire world. I’ve been to tons of bakeries, no bakery smells as good as willies. I swear to God, THE BEST! I haven’t tried alot of the other donuts from there because the only donut I really like is an apple fritter, but the rest of them look really good too and everyone else at my house eats them.“

“We were visiting Detroit and wanted to find great donuts. Saw the reviews for Golden Donuts. Great little donut shop with a lot of selection even at 11am The lady who helped us was very friendly and informative. The crullers are AMAZING! I love crullers and not very many places make them. We ended up getting a dozen donuts and an apple fritter. The fritter was huge so we had to get one. The donuts are great! I will visit again when I am in Detroit. Worth the drive from downtown- about 17 miles.“

OMFG I'm in heaven we got the Apple, cream, cheesecake, strawberry and the black raspberry..... this black raspberry gave me freakin lifffeee. this place is it keeps blowing my mind.
