“Food never disappoints, I come here regularly for takeout. Only complaint we have is there isn’t a waiting area. Tons of empty space along the back wall where a bench would fit perfectly. Not sure why they haven’t done anything for waiting guests yet, but hope they do soon as I’m sitting in the middle of the restaurant surrounding by dining customers, waiting on a takeout.“

“Such a gem! This little spot in downtown Mount Clemens is such a great restaurant. The atmosphere is top notch, while it may seem small, it has two nice wings that bring you between bright and cozy to lowly lit and romantic. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Best cornbread I've ever had and their hush puppies are what hush puppies should be, at least this far north! Highly recommend you go and go again. The service was friendly and responsive too. Will definitely be going back myself!“

“My friends and I stopped in for a bite thand a couple drinks this last Monday. And our server Nancy recommended the chicken Marsala. I was so comfortable and she made us laugh, and was very knowledgeable of the drinks and Menu. Nancy made our stop there nice. Looking forward to coming back again soon.“

Food was delicious, dessert was fantastic and drinks were wonderful. Music choice was a great mix of classics and new remixes and I am sad to hear Penne Lane is closing but very excited to see what they have in store for Octopus Beer Garden!“
“We came in fri 30th for a quick lunch. It was very very busy. I watched the bartender/waitress Kelly running around waiting tables serving preparing drinks. That women is amazing. Kelly did not skip a beat. Whatever she's getting paid is not enough lol.i guess she's been their several years. My biggest complaint has been the soup. I've been their at night girls eating talking with 2 to3 girls on floor having issues either with each other. They put someone like Kelly on nights. They would have a great business. “My husband and I shared gluten-free Mac and a burger on a GF bun. It was all so good! So good that I double checked the pasta was GF after taking a bite. “Had a breakfast special. It was great. Service was good as well. I do not care for the surcharge when using a card, but I'll bring cash next time. It's also posted. I however, realize that it is not my waitresses fault there is a surcharge for card transactions. Food was great and service was excellent. Comfy and cozy little gem of a place.“
