“Love this restaurant! We travel from Windsor Ontario to eat here because of the great food and drink. However the best part of Troy Yard House is the staff. Namely Sara who works the bar. “We came here for our anniversary and we will definitely be going back! The service was amazing, our waiter was very friendly and helpful. The food was so good, I got salmon and ordered a second one to go, my husband ordered steak and a lobster tail and he was very pleased. We sat outside and ate and it wasn't too noisy or too much going on. Great experience, great service and great food, the bill wasn't outrageous either. We both agreed that this is a place that's worth visiting often. I highly recommend going there if you haven't already been.“

“I had the Suicide Burger and Wifey had the Swiss Mushroom burger. We both enjoyed the selection. We also ordered the Rock n Rye wings. Super crispy. Almost like Korean fried chicken, which I love. I ordered a medium Coffee Cured Filet Mignon with Broccoli. My husband ordered the shrimp and scallops potatoes. The son ordered the Steak Frites with Fries very flavorful. My son said it was the best steak he every had. My mom ordered the bone in Cowboy cut Ribeye.

The house bread is so delicious. They put lots of love and attention to the details of every bite. I highly recommend Stoney River for a nice outing for a date or family.“

“I moved here in March and I’m still working on finding my new local go to spots. It’s my first time here and this is going to be my #1 go to diner/Coney Island.
It’s a family run business and it’s obvious that they work hard to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The waitresses are genuinely kind and you can tell they care about their customer.

The food was really good! It came out quick, the portions were generous, and if you like hash browns you won’t be sorry!! I’m a big coffee gal and my coffee was never empty, always hot, and as a VERY rare treat, the coffee is actually really good.

Lastly, the restaurant is clean and well maintained. It is obvious they take pride in what they do and are dedicated to making a great experience.

“A local gem! A delightful neighborhood restaurant with a chill atmosphere. I love the food! The menu changes regularly, so you’ll never be bored. The menu isn’t huge but there is an excellent variety of meat, seafood, pasta, fish, salad and vegetables. Every dish is flavorful and exciting. Chef uses quality ingredients.
Clean bathrooms and happy people working there.

Me and my sister come here every single week, multiple times. ( we gained most our pregnancy weight here hehe ) if it wasn’t for this place I wouldn’t have had a nice balanced diet and properly gained the weight I needed because I struggle eating pregnant.

My sister just had her baby we even came here right before she went to the hospital for a final meal before labor 😂 we missed out on a few weeks but just came back yesterday. We couldn’t stay away for the food is always a huge craved obsession.

Krista, and the chef Franco have become such wonderful parts of our enjoyment here, always check in on us, how we’re doing, and remember the smallest details. We’re always excited to see them, my daughter gets overly joyed and calls them besty😂❤️. Definitely Can’t forget how amazing and sweet Yvonne, Nicole and the manager Chris is too. Never a bad time with any of them, always such good conversations. They’re all such a breath of fresh air and make the meal even more spectacular.

I request that she be acknowledged by higher authority for a job well done. Today's visit to the ROB was again a pleasant experience. Bring back the Beef Stroganoff and you will probably see me more.
