“After walking out of the Gratiot Subway because I was afraid I would get the plague, I went to this one. I was so happy with the clean conditions and the quick service of the lovely young woman that was working (alone) here tonight. The place was very clean and the ingredients all looked fresh. The young woman was very nice and polite, She more then deserved her tip (and I never tip fast food).“

I'm back years later adding to review. Still can't seem to get Sandwiches right. I never order tomatoes, I always get tomatoes , never get my banana peppers.“

“My favorite sub is the Italian and Jersey Mike's is the BEST I've ever eaten. The meat is really high quality and the ham is especially very flavorful. The first time I ever got one, I was astonished at the amount of meat they put on them...I couldn't hardly bite into it, lol. I especially like that they cook their own roast beef right there and slice it as needed, as well as bake their own sub rolls...you can't get fresher than that!!!“

The staff is friendlier, the restaurant is cleaner, and the overall experience has improved. It’s clear that the new management cares about quality and customer satisfaction. “I like this subway because it's in a gas station and they open at 7 am. It's a really nice change for people who are just getting off work and don't want breakfast and it's just cool to be able to get a sandwich fresh in the morning for what ever reason. They are pretty friendly I only have 3 stars because of one person who is there but she doesn't seem to work often but she is just not very friendly besides that it's a gray place“

“The employee named Alexis really went above and beyond to serve me and make sure I understood what I was ordering and answered every question I had. She was so friendly and smiled the entire time; it was refreshing. Ill be honest as I was hesitant due to my last encounter with a man named Allen. Very condescending when I asked any type of questions. I haven't been back since, but I'm glad i gave it another shot! My only issue was all of the fly's.....“

“It’s Halloween and I had the most terrible day today but the kid at this subway lifted my spirits and made me such an awesome sub and more than that had empathy and compassion for what I went thru and helped calm me down and also boosted my spirits!
