“I've always liked Tubby's and I use to always go to the one on Harper in St Clair Shores' but I really like this one in Chesterfield nice spot to dine in where my experience has always been a pleasant one . It seems I'm always meeting new people and is such a very nice & relaxed atmosphere ! . 🙂 Still don't really know any of the workers but they're all so nice friendly and courteous. Even when there's a crowd ' I never have a long wait and they always get my order right and the food is good definitely never have any complaints about that 🙂🙂. So if your a Tubby's fan I recommend you stop in and give them a try and you will definitely go back again & again 🙂🙂“

“After walking out of the Gratiot Subway because I was afraid I would get the plague, I went to this one. I was so happy with the clean conditions and the quick service of the lovely young woman that was working (alone) here tonight. The place was very clean and the ingredients all looked fresh. The young woman was very nice and polite, She more then deserved her tip (and I never tip fast food).“

“I could not be any more impressed!!
We are only in town for a few days, staying at a local hotel. We ordered a delivery through DoorDash and the driver never showed to pick up our order. I called and our sandwiches were sitting there “waiting”.

The young man that answered the phone Zach (sp) asked me to hold for a moment and then came back to the phone to say that an assistant manager (Avery)(sp) would be bringing our order to us. Wow !!! Excellent customer service!!

When she arrived she tried to help me with the refund process on my phone and after being on hold for awhile I decided to wait until morning to call ….

Then Baron (mgr maybe ?) called me to say he was going to refund my money because of the situation. Really ?? Another WOW !! This NEVER HAPPENS!!

This team went ABOVE AND BEYOND and even though the sandwiches had been sitting there, they were EXCELLENT!!

I did pay for a sandwich (that was only right).

Do yourself a favor and try them out if you haven’t already.

If I lived here I would DEFINITELY be a repeat customer!!

“My favorite sub is the Italian and Jersey Mike's is the BEST I've ever eaten. The meat is really high quality and the ham is especially very flavorful. The first time I ever got one, I was astonished at the amount of meat they put on them...I couldn't hardly bite into it, lol. I especially like that they cook their own roast beef right there and slice it as needed, as well as bake their own sub rolls...you can't get fresher than that!!!“

She was so friendly and smiled the entire time; it was refreshing. Ill be honest as I was hesitant due to my last encounter with a man named Allen. Very condescending when I asked any type of questions. I haven't been back since, but I'm glad i gave it another shot! My only issue was all of the fly's.....“
