“I almost never review chain brands. However, this Subway caught my attention while ordering because the staff went through lengths while I was inside to clean and sanitize everything.
I overheard conversations about keeping their store with some Subway rating, and they wanted to achieve a much higher standard. It was good to hear that the team wanted a specific goal, which was to make that location even better.
That makes me feel more confident as a consumer of their food.
I didn't see "piss poor management," What I witnessed was Megan, the manager going through lengths to provide excellent services all across the business.“

“First time trying this place and I’ve been missing out! I ordered the 4th Street Wolverine which was so good on its own but then I tried the Cheddar Ale soup…..OMG! This was some of the BEST soup I’ve ever had!!! I will be back to try everything! 10/10, A+++++. Oh, and it’s so cute in there and everyone was so nice.“

“I was very impressed by the staff. This was our first time eating out since my son's diagnosis of Celiac disease. We went to Jersey Mike's because they have gluten free bread. The staff went to work cleaning all the surfaces before preparing his sub, eliminating any cross contamination. It was very tasty!
We will definitely go back.

“New store, fresh look for a Tubbys. The owner is fully in the trenches with the other employees and seems to genuinely care about the integrity of the service and the food, by far the best location I have visited. Despite misinformation provided by other patrons the prices are comparable to most other locations and competitors and to be expected in the current market. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.“

“My favorite sub is the Italian and Jersey Mike's is the BEST I've ever eaten. The meat is really high quality and the ham is especially very flavorful. The first time I ever got one, I was astonished at the amount of meat they put on them...I couldn't hardly bite into it, lol. I especially like that they cook their own roast beef right there and slice it as needed, as well as bake their own sub rolls...you can't get fresher than that!!!“

“The server did exactly as I asked, I'm very funny about certain things being on my sandwich! I noticed an onion on it and he made a whole new one for me! I have an allergy to onions! Will definitely come here again!

“Best subway around. It’s clean, fast, and friendly environment. I won’t eat at any other subway and I most definitely won’t work at any other subway! The manager works her butt off and always treats her employees and customers with respect. I’ve worked at this subway for almost a year and it’s been the best job I ever had. We work around the clock to make sure the store is clean, the food is fresh, and we take extra precautions to make sure our job is done right! If you are reading this review please stop in and come say hello to myself or my manager and enjoy one of our yummy subs, soups, pizzas, salads, protein bowls, and or a cookie that’s baked to perfection!“

“Love your sandwiches and I get them at least once a week! But so disappointed today :(. Drive to my normal location on hall and Hayes and found out they were closed for remodeling. So drove to Macomb location. I normally pay close attention while subs are made to correct issues but today I was getting pushed into paying before my subs were made. Sadly I got home and it was wrong :(. Ordered three subs total. 2 of three were not what was requested. ie wrong bread, missing mikes way dressing etc. one of the kids subs was completely smashed. it was obvious new employees were working and I’m not totally blaming them. Moving forward I will make sure I watch my sandwiches being made and wont get rushed to the register. I paid a lot for these sandwiches and expect to get what I ordered.“

“Tubby's is #1 for taste & quality of ingredients, in my opinion! I was employed by the company from 1980 thru 85 and let me tell you, the owners of Tubby's are like family. My boss, one of the owners, Mr. Tom Paganes, was a wonderful owner to work for!Mr. Tom Paganes gave me a personal loan to buy a car that I wanted and I did not have established credit to purchase. There was no payroll deduction back then and he loaned me the money I needed to buy this car! I have the up most respect for the Tubby's company because of how they treat thier employees! Bottom line, work hard, as the founders of this company have, and you will be rewarded!“

“I like this subway because it's in a gas station and they open at 7 am. It's a really nice change for people who are just getting off work and don't want breakfast and it's just cool to be able to get a sandwich fresh in the morning for what ever reason. They are pretty friendly I only have 3 stars because of one person who is there but she doesn't seem to work often but she is just not very friendly besides that it's a gray place“

“The workers here don’t get paid enough for the way they get treated. Almost everytime I’m in I see customers continuously being rude to them and I can only imagine how exhausting it is. I’ve never had any problems with the food here and to those acting like Subway is a five star restaurant I really ask that you remember that you’re talking to humans who have lives and priorities outside of work. You guys are always super sweet and I hope you have the best day.“

“I stop here every lunch basically.Freaky fast, really nice staff.Highly recommend this location.Never has my order been wrong.I don't want to hype it too much because I don't want long lines ...however, they work hard and deserve the 5 stars! ?“

“We had lunch at Subway this past Memorial Holiday Weekend.Ronnie was our Server and did a phenomenal job!He was very friendly and made our experience of building our subs enjoyable.The absolute BEST customer service we have had in a long, long time.Hard to come by these days with the way the world is going.“
