“First time was Mt Pleasant and the food was great! All of us loved it! Went to Bay City first time and it was great too! True mid eastern pita bread from the Detroit bakery. Everything was super FRESH and the food cooking & prep area was very clean! This is pretty close to the best quick pita shops around Canada! We will definitely eat at any of the locations with confidence they’ll all be great!“

“Absolutely delicious! We were thrilled to find this restaurant (we hosted a student from Argentina and for sure he would have agreed this is easily deserving of 5 stars!). We live in Troy, but we have family in Northville and we now stop by every time we are in the area so we can bring home a dozen of these wonderful empanadas. The Cowboy Mac & Cheese was rich, creamy, and loaded with pulled pork, and even the club sandwich was generously sized and a hit with our kid.

I thought I was gonna be screwed & have to take it up with my card company or wait & see if the charge fell off, but Buddy’s did right by me and made the pizza for me I had ordered online“

“Deliciously fresh food. We had the cacio e pepe pizza and it was delightful. The dough is soft in spots, chewy in others, and has intermittent spots of char from the wood fired oven. Heavenly! “I've been to the bar a couple times now and each visit was very surprised on how good the bar food is here. The Reuben surprised me the most. The crispy bread and tender meat. Loved every bite. Definitely A+ tier bar food.

On Sundays they offered chicken tenders meal and it was good, but it definitely wasnt worth the almost 20$ price for one meal of chicken tenders/fries. That was my only annoyance but otherwise I was extremely happy eating here.“

“We had our wedding shower at Guernsey Restaurant last weekend & could not have asked for a better experience! We had 35 people and the waitresses were on top of everything the entire time. I’m not sure if this was planned or if she just did it, but one of the waitresses was almost entirely dedicated to me as the bride, making sure I was never without a drink, being there for anything that was needed, they were wonderful! The food was amazing and of course the ice cream is the best around, but the service was what made it truly special!“

“Okay, overall. Revisited this place after many years. So my review is based on my previous many visits here.

Food was good. But felt the minestrone soup kind of lacked the taste. Then the main course which had basil pesto mentioned in it however on the plate it was more of a topping. Felt it missed the generous amount usually they gave earlier. Also saw that they removed the pesto sauce from the "create your own pasta". Earlier the breads always arrived much before the soup did, but this time they came much later (not good). Also it used to be 5 in the basket but now we got only 3!!

Our waiter was fine. He was polite and courteous. We had a wait of about 10 mins and I observed that there were many booths free, perhaps less staff available today..

“Fan of the food here overall, must shout the gluten free pizza - some of the best ive ever had. Debately better than thier normal - as a recent GF person (sad, i miss bread) im able to compare both. Fair warning - during peak dinner hours the inside can get VERY loud, like ears ringing later loud. wish owners would add some sound baffling. outside seasonal seating is pristine.
