“I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Moe’s on 10. Seriously top notch customer service, and awesome food too! We were hosting a brunch for 14 people for our daughter’s first communion celebration and I was having a terrible time finding a place for brunch on a Saturday for the group of our size…we were too small of a group for most restaurants private dining rooms (most minimums were for 20 people) and too big for just regular reservations…or the place only did brunch on Sundays…I started looking on the local community pages for recommendations of new places I hadn’t heard of and I saw a comment about Moe’s on 10. I checked out social media and the website and read reviews of people who had similar size parties and decided to give it a test run that Saturday. Our first time there was just the three of us, we were immediately pleased when we walked in the door and were greeted right away by multiple staff members. So friendly! We were sat down very quickly in a nice booth and received very prompt service from Michael. He was very attentive and welcoming. The food at the brunch buffet was hot and fresh with all the standards and then some. The gentleman working the omelette and waffle station provided wonderful service and made fantastic food, delivering right to your table. At the end of our meal (our 8 year old loved everything she had) I inquired with Michael about their availability to accommodate our group and he was very eager to help and assured me they could absolutely take our party. I was ecstatic. The week of our daughter’s first communion I called the restaurant to see about some special requests I had for our reservation. Michael helped me out again and was just a delight to work with. Seriously so accommodating. The night before our party I dropped off some flower vases and picture frames to go on the table. We were again greeted by super friendly staff and helped right away. The day of our party we walked in and everything was setup up beautifully and ready to go. Our party members made comment about how nice and clean the place was and everyone raved about the food and service. Our server took great care of our large group. And again, the gentleman working the made to order station nailed it. He took excellent care of everyone in our group and was so great with the kids, we had 5 of them under 10. They loved their mini waffles! And to top everything off, their prices are sooo reasonable! Moe’s earned some devoted customers in our family. You can totally feel the family atmosphere and how much they care for their customers, and the food is amazing too!“

“This is the most consistent and delicious restaurant I’ve ever been. It is one of the first restaurants I’ve ever visited after moving to the US 20 yrs ago, and it holds a lot of good memories. The quality of food has always been great since day one. A bit bummed that they are take out only now. But I am happy that it is still open and I will always pay a visit whenever I’m in the area.“

“I ordered o line & there was a glitch where my card was charged, but the order didn’t go thru on Buddy’s end. I thought I was gonna be screwed & have to take it up with my card company or wait & see if the charge fell off, but Buddy’s did right by me and made the pizza for me I had ordered online“

“Have been living in the area for a few years and it is always hopping every time I drive by. Decided to stop there yesterday with my husband. They had an overwhelming selection to choose from. Almost too many options my husband said. They had flurries, ice cream, shakes, frozen yogurt, frozen drinks, frozen coffee, and even physical ice cream packages. They had so many flavors as well. I personally loved how many options they had. I got the frozen yogurt with salted caramel and my husband got strawberry shortcake flurry. There was actual strawberry shortcake in the flurry! They came quickly and the proportions were great. I can see why where are always busy. My hubby now says we should go there every Sunday. 😂 I recommend! You will never run out of things to try!“

“Shiro isn't your typical restaurant experience. Housed inside a beautiful old mansion in Novi, it has a unique atmosphere that's full of character. Our group of 10 was seated upstairs on the second floor at a large table, and the setting made the meal feel even more special.

The food was excellent, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable for the quality. As the evening went on, the chandelier above us flickered a few times. Was it just old wiring? Probably. But I prefer to believe the mansion has a few friendly ghosts adding to the charm. 👻

“5 Stars because, as a fellow small business owner, I know how important reviews are. I also understand how difficult it can be to find good employees. My juice was fabulous. However, dear business owner, I am not impressed with the 2 young ladies running your shop as I write this review. I placed my order online and received an auto responder telling me that my two juices would be ready in 20 minutes. A fairly long wait but I ran another errand and arrived at your store 25 minutes later to pick up my order. The two young ladies who were sitting around with no customers in the store had not even noticed that an order had been placed. So, I had to wait even longer while they prepared my order. They were reasonably efficient at making my juices. Nonetheless, it was not the quick in-and-out experience that one would hope for.“

“Very much a Japanese conveyor belt sushi experience. The sushi is exactly what you'd expect in Japan from a similar establishment. Slightly small but plentiful and well made. Waiting reservations can get out of hand here and drinks can be slow to arrive.“

“I’ve been going to Masala in Novi for several years. Large and diverse menu that they really deliver on. (Many places fall flat: too many items to manage well. Not so here.) The South Lyon location is the star: bigger, nicer, albeit still a fast casual design. The good news is that this location is now doing specials each weekend. And they nail it. My knowledge of Indian cuisine is reasonably good but virtually everything on the special menu was new to me. What a discovery. Jenn and I will definitely be going back for more of those. Highly recommended.“

“No andes mints anymore? I didn't ask but it's been a long time and I thought you got little chocolate mints with your check. But we had to use an electronic kiosk to pay so maybe that's why. Anyways server called a dish by the wrong name so we sent it back but then it turns out it was the right dish all along, I asked for a new napkin cause I spilled sauce on my sweater and I never got a napkin... But otherwise I love olive garden food and our waiter was very nice! I would still eat here and recommend it 👍🏼“

“Dined in for lunch on my way back in town with my husband about a week ago. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by at least 2 people (one being a manager). The staff at the counter also greeted us & took our order with pleasant attitudes. The guy who brought us our food was very kind as well. We were checked on as we dined & someone even came & threw away our trash when we were done. They were conducting a large meeting with what appeared to be new staff in the middle of the restaurant; however, that did not deter anyone from being pleasant & speaking upon arrival or exit. Literally from the moment we entered, we felt valued as consumers. GREAT JOB! This is my favorite location in the area! What you are doing is working & it stands out from other locations! “Everything was great food was great cocktail great only problem I experience was I received a reward from cheesecake factory for my Birthday which was a certificate for a slice of cheesecake I presented it to my server and it was not honored for some reason my phone number which they had was not correct so I just paid for my slice. I did my survey and put the same information in my survey and received and beautiful apology from senior management and a gift card. So to prevent any problems with Birthday reward kinda check make sure phone number is updated“
