“Giving 5 stars. Not a perfect visit, but staff was very friendly. I went out of my way to stop at this Wendy's today, 9-01-22, a beautiful thursday morning. Not busy at all. If people don't come out and support businesses trying to provide us with conveniences... We may end up being inconvenienced.Pros:Food: great tasting. Price point: not horrible. Quality of food: above average. Cleanliness: great. Staff: friendly.Cons:Table wobbly (anchor can only be tightened with hammer, see pic). French toast sticks: truly not a complaint... I only got 5, paid for 6, It happens.I do recommend this Wendy's.“

“After visiting pretty subpar fast food joints recently it was refreshing to stop in to the Newaygo Burger King today. The manager, Anthony was very professional with great customer service and in the time that it took to get my food, I was able to watch a professional, smooth flow between him and the kitchen staff. When he handed me my food, I was sure to ask his name because I wanted to give some recognition to the hard workers here. Five. Stars for today’s visit. Thanks to Anthony!“

“I stopped for lunch on 12/20. Got order to go. I ordered quarter pounder meal with coffee. This was best tasting food I have had from a McDonald's in awhile. Food was hot,fries were hot and fresh and coffee was hot and fresh. The person that I dealt with was very pleasant and friendly.“

“I was encouraged by the team that was working here the day I came. They were working together. They had camaraderie and the morale was very upbeat. You were competing for something and I thought that was cool. The manager was involved and that always raises morale at work!

Parking: The parking is so easy and there are plenty of areas to park. Wheelchair accessible and handicap parking is available.

Kid-friendliness: They interact with the customers and especially the kids like they've known them for years. They're so friendly here!

“Wasn't too bad overall. Though Grant Michigan doesn't have a Firehouse Subs. So I went to Subway instead. Subway does have good subs,, but I do prefer Firehouse subs to be honest. Overall, great food and their service at Subway was very good !“

“Food was good but small portions. The chicken legs looked more like chicken wing drumsticks rather than full grown adult chicken legs. They were busy and staff was friendly but took a while to stand at counter before being greeted and served. I think they were a little stressed. Atmosphere was good, clean facility.“

“I went in the other day and service was amazing! The lady making my sub was so nice! The other person with her rung me up at the cash register and was very nice and kind! They even offered me a coupon! All in all, great service, great food, and even no line! At 6 O'clock!!“
