“The Red Anchor Inn is our family’s favorite place to eat. It’s located on Croton Hardy Dr. which has breathtaking views. We are always greeted with kindness & a smile even when our baby is crying! The waitress’s almost always offer to put in our children’s food first because they’re so understanding when it comes to hungry toddlers. The owners will also sometimes surprise them with ice cream after their meal! I have NEVER experienced a restaurant that is so caring and loving towards children. We have never felt uncomfortable or embarrassed like we have at other places.They have lots of tables, booths and tons of dining space. Me & my husband also enjoy the cute little bar as we share a bottle of wine under candlelight. I’ve also noticed they have different specials every time we go! The homemade clam chowder is a huge hit for me or I’ll switch it up and get a salad only because I love their homemade 1000 island. The chef takes pride in his work and we notice! I’ve also never had better ranch! ?We are so lucky to have found this Gem!Parking: Lots and lots of parking space.Kid-friendliness: Me and my family go out a lot. This is the only restaurant that has never made us feel uncomfortable. They have high chairs and all kids meals are five dollars!“
