“I have been a big fan of The Porch & Co since their first location on Holton Rd in North Muskegon. They are now located on Harvey St. in Norton Shores in a nice little spot near Target and Goodwill. Get your hair done or have a massage at Salon 297 a couple doors down, and then go down to The Porch & Co to find beautiful handmade trinkets, jewelry, furniture, and more. They have many talented vendors and a welcoming staff who always confirm your pretty picks. This is a great place to go to support small businesses. You won't be disappointed!“

“We love coming to the Moon, it’s always a stop for us. Usually most of the bartenders are friendly and timely. However, Nita (I believe her name is) is NOT friendly and very slow. We were there today, I very politely asked for my drinks and not once did she smile or even look to be happy or pleased with being at work. My husband went up the next time to get a new drink and asked her to not put anymore ice in his cup and she didn’t care what he said, she still loaded the cup full of ice. Again, had the look on her face like she didn’t care how nice someone was to her, she wasn’t gonna be nice back. Additionally, when I went up for drinks, she looked at me, looked back at the computer, and made me and someone else wait without saying “I’ll be right with you” or anything of the sorts for about 2-3 minutes.“

“I have been going to the Red Rooster Tavern for more than five decades. It is a warm, casual, wonderfully friendly atmosphere, with attentive and cheerful staff! The food is outstanding, especially their homemade pizzas, the Jack Daniels, burger, and the famous rooster balls! They have trivia on Monday nights between 7 PM and 9 PM. They also have live music on Saturday nights as well. It is the only bar and restaurant within an 8 to 10 mile radius. Many thanks to the wonderful staff that makes this truly an awesome experience!
