“Just want to write a 5 star review to this subway and the young man that made my pizza today 1/6/24. Having food allergies sucks and having someone put a lot of care into the food they make for me despite restrictions is really awesome. Hats off to him and the rest of this subway. It’s always clean, well stocked, and efficient. Love having this store as part of our little town of Norway! Thanks Laura and the whole team for the hard work!”

“Wide variety of pasties as well as other menu items. Fish sampler had cod, walleye, shrimp, and a type of corn fritters. Served with coleslaw and choice of potato. Miners dinner special was choice of pasty, Cole slaw, a cookie and a drink. Very unique atmosphere celebrating the Yoopers and pasties.”

“Always get one of the burgers on the menu when passing thru. Haven't left they're yet and not been full after enjoying it. Costs are comparable places. Service has always been good.

“I spent 50+ years in Chicagoland and we have tried many different pizzas in the Iron Mountain area and other cities in the UP and northeast Wisconsin. Without a doubt their thin crust, crispy 'taven style' pizza is hands down the best pizza we've had since we moved to the area. A great crispy crust, flavorful sauce and quality ingredients come together nicely in the final product. We've ordered their pizza a few times now and all have been a great consistent experience. We finally found a pizza place all my family enjoys and look forward to many orders in the future.”

“Small town, dated, dive bar. The waitress was superb and had such a great personality. The food was mostly good. We had a variety that we ordered including the fisherman's platter, the Philly cheesesteak, the cod, the 1/2 lb bacon cheeseburger, curly fries, chicken parmesean bites, and jalapeño poppers. The chicken parmesean bites were not what any of us expected, a plain chicken nugget with marinara and parmesean on top they were not good. One order of curly fries was very overdone to the point where there was no potato left just a shell that crunched but the other were seasoned well and very tasty. The rest of the food was phenomenal with very large portions. The dinner come with multiple sides but the burger/ philly did not.”

“Any time we're in the area we make sure to stop in. Food is great, but he service is EXCELLENT, especially Maggie! Please don't listen to the many reviews referencing breast feeding. It's quite clear the person who was asked to be discreet posted in some moms group and a gaggle of people who've never eaten here decided to leave a review. It is what it is, I guess. You should definitely eat here and Maggie deserves a raise!”

“just had the best service! the ladies at the window were outstanding and sweet. it meant a lot to me how compassionate they were. we just lost our one dog a couple weeks ago and we have been trying to make sure our other dog is thriving and happy and these ladies really made his day and ours 💕🐕 sorry I didn't catch their names, but we were there at 1:40 pm on 6/8/2021”
