“First time at Sugah Please my girlfriend from Lansing and I stopped in because it was new to us. The ambience was so welcoming and the customer service was super being that we are in a pandemic and customer service is at an all time low. We purchased several items to support the business. We will definitely return again. The coffee is AWSOME! We both bought different flavors, and both were superb. Thank you Sugah Please and we wish you great success.❤️“

“Simply a great selection of sugar-free flavors. I purchased a raspberry caramel sugar-free latte made with soy and it might have been one of the best tasting lattes I've ever had. Service was very friendly and fast. I would like recommend going here for your beverage needs.“

“We stopped in for a coffee and a quick snack before heading to the Transformers One movie. Yonnie took our order (twice...we bought a second item to go along with our coffee) and was professional, pleasant, and very thoughtful! How REFRESHING to interact with such a lovely young adult in the service/restaurant industry!!! Huge kudos, Starbucks, for hiring such a delightful person to represent your store!“

“It was a busy christmas eve at Starbucks today. i purchased an iced mocha Frappuccino. it was a Delicious beverage, though it was a bit sweet for my taste. i write this review to praise the service team. despite the long line, those in the kitchen worked very efficiently and the young woman at the register (her name tag said Katelyn) was very kind with a heartwarming smile. overall, i had a Wonderful experience at starbucks today.“

“Lots of signature drinks to choose from. The staff were very nice and my drink tasted amazing!
I got a red tuxedo mocha to go, but if I had more time I would have loved to sit and read or study here.

“I had gotten a white mocha in the morning at a different location that came out as just milk and espresso no syrup at all. I was still craving it so I stopped at this location on my way to an appointment. She asked how I was and I told her sad cause my white mocha this morning didn’t have syrup in it so I’m here for my fix. She righted it even though she didn’t have to. Amazing customer service. I just found my new regular location. ♥️♥️“
