“It was a busy christmas eve at Starbucks today. i purchased an iced mocha Frappuccino. it was a Delicious beverage, though it was a bit sweet for my taste. i write this review to praise the service team. despite the long line, those in the kitchen worked very efficiently and the young woman at the register (her name tag said Katelyn) was very kind with a heartwarming smile. overall, i had a Wonderful experience at starbucks today.“

“Saturday the line was ridiculous and the two girls who were working the counter were absolutely fantastic. The amount of effort they put in to take everyone’s orders and make everyone’s coffee was beyond the customer satisfaction experience. Give these girls a raise!!“

“I had gotten a white mocha in the morning at a different location that came out as just milk and espresso no syrup at all. I was still craving it so I stopped at this location on my way to an appointment. She asked how I was and I told her sad cause my white mocha this morning didn’t have syrup in it so I’m here for my fix. She righted it even though she didn’t have to. Amazing customer service. I just found my new regular location. ♥️♥️“
