“I’ve been managing restaurants for 20+ years. We had the pleasure of having Eric as our server. Eric was absolutely wonderful! Very very friendly and personable. The food is always great and they even have pina colada’s! Best Mexican food in Walled Lake, Commerce Twp, West Bloomfield, and Novi!“

“I wanted to write a nice review for our server Kidd! My husband and I always like to split a bowl and she was so great about splitting our preferences in the bowl. She even labeled the bean side for us, which I’ve never had happen before! Thanks so much. We really like this location now.“

“Waited a while for only 2 people to sit, no other people were waiting with us. Food was OK. Only half the restaurant was being used for seating. Not many staff members looked to be working and there was a family party in the middle. Maybe this isn't normal but that is the experience we had.“

“I've been going here with a group of friends for a several years now and it's become a tradition that I would never want to quit! The food is delicious and the staff is AMAZING (shout out to Miguel, Raul, Seira, Angelica, Crystal and anyone else I've missed --- LOVE you all!) Some of my go-to faves: shrimp tacos, anything with beef cheek (quesadillas, tacos, etc.), taco salad, fajitas (the meal that ends up being 2-3) and anything from the bar :D I'd also like to take a moment to really commend the staff & owners: ever since COVID started, it's been extremely tough for most every restaurant to obtain/keep their staff. I know there may be times Alchile can get really busy (as there are a lot of us that go regularly) and there may be times you may have to wait longer than you'd like to get a seat (or your food/drink) but know that the staff works really hard & truly cares about each customer and you will NOT be disappointed! They are well worth the wait“
