“While I love the flavor of their food, the only time we've had an order 100% correct was the first time we ordered. Every time we order since then there's something missing, fries overcooked and hard, messed up items, and things added to what we've ordered when we've requested it to be removed. Thankfully I simply don't like tomatoes and onions and am not allergic to them, cuz they ALWAYS forget to remove the pico when my receipt even says "no pico de gallo". Their queso blanco and their Sabor sauce are probably the two best things about them, at least when they remember to include it even if you pay for extra. For how pricey they are I would expect to have my order correct all the time. I'll be going down to the taco trucks in Southwest Detroit from now on cuz they always get the order right, they're delicious, AND they're inexpensive.“

We ordered the beef birria tacos, which comes with a delicious consume dipping sauce as well as a salsa verde. The taco was hot and crispy, and very reasonable for the price. “For over a decade a Taco Trailer with no wheels sits outside a large Air Condition Dining Room on Central just South of Michigan Ave. Every dish comes with Sauteed Onions and Jalapeno w Salsa too.
This place hopping all day long and at dinner time after 5pm the dining room and parking lot filled. The very best all Meat Burrito 😋 any place in Metro Detroit, just look at the photos. I had the Campachano Burrito mixed Steak n Chorizo WOWED, no rice or beans. Just packed with Meat Onion Cilantro n Creama a mega Deal. She had the grande Chicken n Cheese Quesadilla a real winner on the super cheap. Hey this $17 bucks for both makes this a must try 😄. Most places getting $12 for a Burrito with little Meat stuffed with Rice n Beans, I want to taste the Meat. Two different Green Salsa Verde marvelous creamy the very best. We been customers since opening, truly a Classic Detroit hidden Gem. Gringo's can't find this place, they missing out on Authentic Mexican food. #tacoselprimo

“Popped in last Sunday since my partner and I were craving Mexican-style. Had lower expectations being more of what I thought was a 'bar' or sort of hipster hangout, and... it IS both of those things, but WOW! The food blew me away. The nachos were a large portion and loaded with high quality toppings - the cheese sauce might've been my favorite, but the cotija cheese, fresh jalapeno rings, black beans and pickled onion weren't far behind. And DON'T MISS the chipotle salsa... quite honestly probably the BEST SALSA I've ever had. Not TOO hot but smoky, sweet, robust. Just perfection.
My partner's barbacoa taco and chicken tostada were equally delicious. I had one bite of each and was fully impressed and almost ordered my own but had all those nachos to get through. Aside from the great food, the margaritas were delicious and perfectly strong... and the service was attentive and friendly. If I had to choose anything to nitpick I might request added smaller tables instead of long picnic style ones or that the booths be available for 2 tops (they save them for 4 or more) but I understand that this place is generally for 4-or-more and gets very busy on weekend nights. That said we were plenty comfortable at the side rail or could've sat at the bar if we wanted, so there's ample seating.
All in all, we CAN'T WAIT to go back & I think I'll be ordering some of that amazing salsa to go next time... and maybe 1 more of everything on the menu. 10/10 Fantastic!“

“Great taco truck! fast fresh and friendly. Very reasonable prices. Theses are real mexican street tacos. Oh and the salsas dont forgetthe salsas and the fixings. Radishes and limes spicy onions. Gotta love it. My favorite part is the consome they offer to dip your tacos into. Love getting the trio tacos extra crispy. Stop here any chance I can.

“A group of about 10 of us stopped in on a Monday for happy hour - there was a nice crowd, music was playing, sparsely decorated. They have a great patio right on Woodward which is why we came, but it ended up raining. Although only one bartender was working, cocktails came out fast and tasted fresh and good. They have an interesting n/a mocktail made with homemade cordial and soda - I didn't try it this time, but it's good to know they have an option other than soda and lime. The aperol spritz looked good as did the spicy margarita. A good place to catch a quick drink.

They have an interesting food menu - sushi during the day and late night, and bbq for dinner. Maybe a little odd, but I remember when this place was Oslo and had the best sushi, so maybe it makes sense? I'll have to come back to try the food. Everyone working has also been really friendly, so I'd come back. An excellent location if you work downtown.“
