Karen was so attentive and kind, confirming every piece of our order and upselling where she could. She was the sweetest person and made me feel as if I was eating at her home. I hope someone in management recognizes her excellent attitude.“

“We stopped in for a family dinner and had a mostly great experience. The staff was absolutely fantastic—everyone was so friendly, helpful, and efficient from the moment we walked in. I ordered the Buffalo Ranch Mac, and it was delicious; perfectly creamy with a great spicy kick. A huge plus was that my daughter absolutely loved her kids' meal, which is always a win for parents!
The only downsides were that my wife wasn't a huge fan of her meal, she just didn't love the flavors. The other issue was that all of the high chairs were visibly dirty, and we had to hunt for the cleanest one and wipe it down ourselves.
Overall, thanks to the wonderful staff and my great meal, it was a positive visit. We would come back, but hope to see a bit more attention paid to cleaning the family seating areas.“

“Went there this evening to get some takeout--a salad and two entrees. The person who waited on us was very helpful, guiding us through the online ordering process. And the food was sensational! A great salad, and my dinner a poke bowl with raw tuna, was so delicious I had to force myself to stop eating it even though I was full. My wife's dinner was also really tasty, and now we both have leftover that we're looking forward to. I can't believe we'd never been there before--the place is less than five minutes from our house. But we will be back soon, that's for sure!“

“I reached out to Saddleback BBQ and Slice Pizza for catering for a large company event and they knocked it out of the park every step of the way! Brynn made sure we kept in touch throughout the planning process and modified our event order when needed. The day of the event, she arrived early with a crew of awesome helpers who showed awesome customer service the entire time! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh BBQ and all the sides - the mac and cheese was a huge hit! The Slice team brought out their mobile pizza oven and made fresh pies and breadsticks through the very end so everyone was able to get a hot meal. Dozens of people let me know how amazing the food was and we can’t recommend them enough!!“

“Our high school golf team was in town for a tournament and I ordered pizza from Blaze. The door dash driver went to the wrong address/only picked up half our order. I called and talked to Anthony at Blaze. He was super friendly and professional. He remade our order free of charge and gave us some cookies for the inconvenience. It was not his fault whatsoever. I was very impressed with his customer service. He didn't owe us anything. It is rare to get solid customer service anywhere. I would order from them again.“

“Hands down one of the best BBQ spots in Lansing! From the moment I walked in, the service was absolutely amazing — everyone was friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. “We visit this Olive Garden regularly and always have a great experience, but something happened today that we have to share. We came to Olive Garden this evening for a To-Go order, and ended up having card issues where our card wouldn’t go through. After fighting on the phone for almost a half hour, staff came out and comped our order, telling us that it was “on them today”. We were so grateful, albeit embarrassed, but I’m pregnant (they didn’t know this) and we were so appreciative that we could still enjoy our dinner. Our staff person, Matthew, was so kind and understanding and made us feel like we weren’t the worst people in the world for the mishap. We will definitely stay loyal to this local OG.“

“This is one of my favorite, locally owned and operated pizza shops when I want a break from the chain brands. I've been ordering from these guys about once a month for quite a few years and the food is always great. Like another recent review pointed out...they are not affiliated with the chain under the same name which is a good thing because these guys are the ORIGINAL and much better.“

“I recently had my first visit to Slice and was thoroughly impressed! The pizza and breadsticks were absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. The team member who assisted us was one of the friendliest I’ve encountered in a long time—you can genuinely tell she enjoys what she does and has a true talent for customer service. “Best Pizza (fast and reasonably priced) in Mason currently in my opinion. Mason has so many pizza options but this is top of my list. Sauce, Crust and cheese is perfect amounts to combine flavors. Very fast delivery also. I've only had 1 issue with them the 4 years I've ordered from them but I don't expect perfection everytime. we are human and it hasn't happened again.“

“Panera food is all the same usually but I asked for extra say e on my sandwich and I didn't get that. The survive was slow bur they were busy so not bad and the business building atmosphere is a strange one to be sure it's very busy so I wouldn't recommend studying but at off times if perfect I especially like the chairs by the window

Vegetarian options: The tomato soup is very good. I also like the medatranian sandwich, and the grilled cheese is always very good. If they have 10 vegetable soup, 100% get it!!! It's one of the best things they've had on their menu.“
