“Service was excellent. Margarita was delicious if not slightly small. We had the taquitos dinner which was presented well in a fried basket shell with lettuce, pico and guacamole and to dip sour cream and queso. The chicken was well seasoned and not dry. We also had the fish Baja tacos and they were also not dry and flavorful with pineapple on the pico was an unexpected added touch that was delicious. The Baja fish dinner came with perfectly cooked seasoned fries. We rode a quite a way to try a new Mexican restaurant and we're not disappointed. We will definitely be going again.“

“All of the tables were not wiped off and the floor looked like it had not been swept. They ran out of onions and peppers. The guy that was getting my food had to keep running to the side to get my meat, guacamole and whatever else. I thought the bins were suppose to be full when I am going through the line. The only thing that was nice were the workers. It makes me wonder if there was a manager in the store at all.“

“Our local Lake Orion Taco Bell.They recently remodeled and it has a lot less personality inside and honestly I wonder why they would spend the money to change something that was perfectly fine but whatever.The Crunch Wrap with steak is still good but it's the only thing I ever get.“

“This place is phenomenal. My husband has tried it at his work and couldn't stop talking about it. We went into the location tonight. They have a small, but nice seating area. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. Anything you need or ask for, they are happy to get for you. The nachos are out of bounds. Their homemade queso is so delicious and everything they use is super fresh. My husband loves the California quesadilla with bacon, chicken and avocado. We tried the churros tonight, and couldn't stop eating them. I would highly recommend this place.“

“Don’t let the outside fool you. It’s a small hole in the wall restaurant but the food ?. Best to get food to go as it’s very limited seating. Ordered pozole and wifey got quesa birria tacos. Both were fantastic. We will come back it’s that good.“

They are the best they have the common Mexican ones like beef tongue, head, loins, pork carnitas, birria and much more!We def loved the Tongue tacos and the shrimp fajitas i got were delicious, the lime chia water was slightly sweet and fresh.Waiter was rly quick and kind!You can buy real yummy mexican candy for good prices, they sell meat there too and other mexican groceries.We will def be back for Tacos!

“The food was amazing! The only thing I didn't prefer was the queso dip. It was very watery, and lacking flavor. It was very cheesy tasting though which was nice. I got the enchiladas with green sauce and OH BOY it was good.
The waitress though seemed like either she didn't like her job, or just didn't care. My friend asked if the taco shell could be subbed for a flour one (since it was corn) and the waitress paused for what seemed like an eternity to answer and said "eh, let me check".
All in all, I would come back for takeout or something of that nature, but go somewhere else for a dine in experience.

Vegetarian options: They really only had the side dishes like rice and beans, guacamole, and queso dip for vegetarians. I'm sure you could ask for it to be taken off but the waitress and cook might throw a fit.“

“In the places that I’ve been to in Pontiac (which is quite a few) this has been the best place to eat that I have found and their pricing is competitive with other local restaurants. This is my go to place and everything I’ve had here has been enjoyable and never let me down. Quality produce and meat, everything tastes fresh and well cooked.“

“The place before this was terrible but so glad they got new owners! The food is finally up to par and the restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. Great drinks as well! The Bahama mama is excellent! Five stars is only for a place that really knocks my socks off, so four is good.“

“Voted one of the best places for tacos in metro Detroit.Great service, prices and flavor. The carnival grill located inside carnival market is a popular spot with the locals. The attendents at the counter were very friendly and helpful. There is a spot to eat inside or even at the patio. The bakery is great to pick up flan or sweet cakes to have after your great meal.“

“Great place for lunch as it includes a drink for a reasonable price and service is quick as long as you beat the rush. Food is good and portion sizes are as well. The only thing that made me take a star away is the overall condition of the place. The front has an pergola that has been under construction since before COVID. It appears that the plans for it never materialized. The main entry door has been broken for the last year or more. They should really do something about it before someone hurts themselves with it.“

“From personal experience I don’t recommend working here, I don’t know how Margret has a job as a manager speaking from experience as well she’s so entitled until the owner comes in. Two of the managers I had no problem with they were very nice and understanding, But Margret was a nightmare in disguise I’m not the first to walk out because of her just in the past month we’ve lost 4 people not including me because of the way she treats, speaks, and acts towards people. I’m not one for bashing anybody but I don’t know how they let someone like her work and manage a good restaurant like this. We’ve had a couple of disagreements, but I’ll get to the point because I messed up an order while serving she tried to get me to pay for the food keep in mind this is my first mistake and I did pay for the food out of my tips but after the argument, I was told by two co-workers she took out her laptop and changed my schedule from 6 days to 3, which is now messing with my income. I'm a young man trying to save up for my schooling at the moment, so when I found this out and saw my schedule for next week I called her as anyone would do, she then declined my call and I texted her to call me we need to talk, she immediately texts back I’m busy and I’m questioning your tone? This is over text as well not a phone call. So at this point, I’m like what is her problem I wanna talk it out. So I went on to tell her about what I was told by my co-workers and my schedule which let’s be real 50-year-old women messing with 20 years old income over a disagreement is just absurd and honestly insane. I texted her what I was told and she responded with I think you need to take a step back and think about who you're talking to? So at this point, I’m mad because now it’s just a toxic conversation created by her Margret, I went on to say how she has made the work environment toxic and uncomfortable and that messing with my income is completely childish, and I had already told my other manager that if this continues I’m putting my two weeks in. So In general they knew I was leaving the company it was a toxic and uncomfortable environment not only for me but for everyone, Margret and her husband Luis act like they own the place, her husband is just a cook but that’s beside the point, everyone working there would say the same, one of the managers is about to quit because of the way Margret treats him I won’t say any other names because this is just about her how she made it such a toxic and uncomfortable environment. After I asked her how she would feel if someone was messing with her income, I didn’t get a response for hours to keep in mind they already knew I was gonna quit so she fired me before I could. After about 4 hours I get a text message towards the night saying it would be best if I didn’t come back and work a Rio on main and to be honest I felt relieved knowing I would never work for someone like that ever again. This was just one event I could go into another time when I was super sick, but we’re not because I don’t even really have time for this after I was let go I told her I hope she has a great life but I will be leaving a google review and yelp review about her. She ruined the environment, she messed with my income, she verbally assaulted me multiple times at work, and she verbally assaults another manager who is about to quit because she has made the environment so toxic for anyone she doesn’t agree with or anyone who doesn’t obey the craziest authority. I would understand paying for food if you messed up 7 orders but after my one mess up I couldn’t believe the way she treated me there and other servers and staff. So sadly to everyone looking to work here, I’m sorry but I suggest you look somewhere else until this manager is gone she’s a very toxic and childish human being, if only I could post some of the things she’s said. Thank you for reading and listening to what I went through here. Also, think twice before you let someone treat you like an undervalued human or garbage we all have a voice let it speak.“

“At this location my experience has been great. A coworker wanted me to try and I would choose them over Chipotle. I've been back on my vegetarian kick, so I love the adobo chicken bowls. I add plenty of veggies, cilantro rice with their seasoned peppers are so good 😋
