“I recently visited Ted & Marie's Colonial Inn Restaurant in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The ambiance was that of a classic diner, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. My server was very nice and efficient, taking my order promptly. I opted for the Colonial Club, a ham club sandwich, with a side of fries. The sandwich was delicious, especially the ham. The crinkle-cut fries were also a hit. Overall, the food was good and reasonably priced. However, I did find the menu to be somewhat limited, lacking some diner staples like open-faced sandwiches. Despite this, I would go back again.”

“Lake Burger on West Main is a real gem. The burgers are made from locally sourced, pasture-raised beef, and you can taste the difference. Everything feels fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The fries are hand-cut and some of the best I’ve had — crispy, flavorful, and not too greasy. Jake, the owner, is there every hour, making sure things are running smoothly and checking in with customers. It’s rare to see an owner that hands-on, and it really shows in the quality of the food and service. Jake’s a great guy, and his passion for his restaurant comes through in every detail. If you’re looking for a great burger in Kalamazoo, Lake Burger is the spot. Highly recommend!”

“We placed a small catering order this past weekend for our son's first birthday party and the morning of the party, half of our guests canceled due to illness. We called in a panic to try and downsize the order and ultimately had to cancel our taco bar. Whomever we talked to was incredibly gracious and understanding but we felt terrible for our change in plans. We had our hearts set on mexican food and were able to still place a pickup order for our remaining guests that afternoon. From burritos, bowls, quesadillas, and guac, our guests enjoyed it very much! The portions were impressive, everything was hot and fresh, and well packaged. Incredible value, great quality food - we highly recommend Fiesta Burrito and can't wait until our next visit. Thank you!”

“I forgot to order a cake ahead of time and my son wanted an ice cream cake. I came into Menchie’s last minute, hoping and praying I could get a sonic cake made for him. I honestly didn’t think they would be able to do it but figured I’d try. I can’t remember who I talked to, but she was AMAZING! So helpful, super understanding, SO accommodating, she promised to have the cake made & ready in 24 hours. I picked it up this afternoon and it was the PERFECT sonic cake! My son said “my cake is the best cake ever” after his first bite! I’d say that’s a win! It’s absolutely delicious! I’ll be coming back for my daughters birthday(and a just because cake 🤷🏾‍♀️😂) Highly recommend!”

“Comstock location is amazing! Clean! Friendly staff, great food. The gyro was amazing. So loaded with meat had to eat some with a fork to be to fold it. Huge 5 egg omelets. Love this place.”
