“We went there yesterday afternoon for a quick bite. We entered and the staff on duty went to their respective positions to serve us. It took a bit of time for me to pick which bread that I wanted because they no longer have photos of the bread by the breads named for choice. And that is a confusing pain! Why get rid of something that actually HELPS the non-regular customer make an educated decision as to what they would like their sandwich to be on? And it would also expedite the service given and thus help to shorten the line (if any). Other than that I would give them a five star rating because they always listen to how I would like my order and they come through with it. It's a great place to go if you like subs. Enjoy! :)“

“My 9yo grandson wanted to try a new place to eat lunch today so he Googled restaurants nearby his home and thought this sounded good. So we went there and found his new favorite place to eat in the world! They had fresh cut fries which he raved about! Mimi, these are so good, way better than Mc Donald's! And those were his favorite fries , lol. He also got 1/4 BBQ chicken with spicy sauce, baked beans and garlic toast. I tried their Italian beef with peppers and onions. There was more food than we could eat and it was all delicious. The owner was very nice, helpful and personable but not intrusive at all. We required a to go container for my grandsons leftovers so he now had a full lunch for tomorrow as well. Food was very fresh and well made with large portions and the restaurant was clean and full of sports memorabilia. It's a delightful change from chain places and I highly recommend it.“

“First time stopping in tonight, but it has been highly recommended so I thought Id give it a try. I love the quaint feel of it. The customer service was great. Lots of options and ways to customize and build your own sub how you like it. My son and I got the classica Italian sub, I added banana pepper and he added olives. The price was $26 for 2 9inch subs that were packed and I mean packed full of fresh ingredients (side note the pickles that came on the sub reminded me of pickles my grandma used to make, very nostalgic feeling). The bread is soft, the Italian dressing was flavorful, all the veggies were crisp and fresh and the meat was wonderful. So this is definitely going to be my go to sub shop especially since I oay the same price at the other cookie cutter sub shops around town. Not even a negative imo because I'm not a warm sub person, but they don't have a way to toast a sub but are willing to warm it up in the microwave if you want, but it was recommended when we got hone and wanted a warm sub an air fryer is the way to go. I will say if you are in a wheel chair or have some other mobility issue it may be a bit of a tight squeeze to get in however it was raining and dark so there may have been another entrance available. Highly recommend and I 100% will be back I have so many flavor combinations to try ?“

“Sarah and Tyler are the most amazing people and truly care for their customers! I have personally seen Sarah deal with all customers with genuine respect and great customer service! She always has a great attitude and I look forward to going in on my lunch break and seeing her smiling face! This store particular is my absolute favorite but I love me some Jersey Giants!!!!

“The guy making our food did a killer job and was very personable. The sandwiches were just what we needed. The Michigan brand potato chips with the cherry flavor were tasty with Vernors. My gf from Montana hadn't tried any of it before. Thanks for making the experience a great one. There was only one guy working and he did a lot of work. He even thanked me for leaving a tip. “Always a great sub. Sometimes there's a few people in line, but it's worth the wait. Most of the staff is very friendly. I did get stiffed once on an online order where I ordered & paid for extra meat but didn't get it, so I prefer to go in and watch it made.

Vegetarian options: Basic veggies available, but not a great variety.

Parking: Decent-sized lot shared with other businesses in the strip mall.

Kid-friendliness: Tables & chairs for seating, not sure about highchair or booster seats. Very basic & somewhat small inside.

Wheelchair accessibility: The door would fit a wheelchair, but it does not have an automatic function. Parking lot does have handicapped spaces.“

My husband and I drive 20 minutes to go here at least once a week. Highly recommend the Philly! The fries are awesome and abundant. Love the lil extra in the bag and with malt vinegar, just like the fair! ?
It's also a fave with my son and daughter in law who recommend the Italian, which I would try if it wasn't for that Philly! I am sure I wouldn't be disappointed with anything I ordered. The staff is always attentive and accommodating. Think I have to make a trip tonight!! ?“

“I usually don’t do reviews but this place definitely needs the recognition. My boyfriend and I were really looking for a new type of place to eat at something a little more homey. When we saw this place we went in with normal expectations for the service was amazing. The people working were nothing but kind and charming, something about them made us feel so welcome. Let’s talk about the food though, When I tell you i’ve never had a better chicken sandwich I genuinely mean that. The portions were large, the prices were cheap. I loved it, will definitely become a regular place we go to.“

“Freaky fast does not just apply to their delivery, it also applies to to their customer service! I have eaten at various Jimmy John locations too many times to count and have never had an issue with something I ordered in the store. Today I decided to try their online ordering because I was too busy to leave work for lunch. The food was delivered less than 10 minutes from when I ordered it, but unfortunately my sub came with tomato and onion on it when I asked for it without. I was disappointed since I had never had a problem with my order before, but I didn't want to call and wait for a new sandwich so I picked off the toppings I didn't want. I decided to leave some feedback on the website and was called within 5 minutes of submitting my feedback by someone in their corporate office. Then the store manager called me not even an hour later to personally apologize and offer me a credit for the amount I spent next time I call and order something. Now that is incredible customer service!! I wanted to return the favor and quickly write a review of my great experience. All restaurants make mistakes from time to time, but very few restaurants take the time to remedy them and keep their customers happy. Jimmy Johns definitely has my business!“

The last few times I've been in for my normal sub with way too many pickles and olives, the request has been met perfectly.As for the atmosphere, it's always fairly drab compared to the old authentic look I remember from childhood. Bring back authentic subway and do away with this modern nonsense.That said, I will be back. More than I should. Because subway is my weakness. I love you subway.

Vegetarian options: As a meat eater with a vegetarian partner, I can't help but think veggie subs should be even cheaper. Without the protein, the subs cannot be nearly the same price. You are taking advantage of those who chose not to eat meat. Seems counterproductive but I get it, capitalism wins.That's my two cents.“

“Had the chance to visit here today and it was great. The store was clean, the service was friendly and the atmosphere was great too. The sandwich we ordered was the Firehouse hero. It was delicious and fresh. I definitely recommend this place if your looking for a great sandwich and service.

“Very good experience from Subway. It’s a bummer that you get most of the deals only through the app. We do get coupons every now and then but it would be nice to get coupons. The crew went above and beyond to contact me to let me know they believed my card information was stolen and was being used to place several back to back orders at their store.I hung up and blocked the first caller after assuming it was a scam (poor phone service on my end made the callers voice inaudible + I’d never lived in, near, or even been to Michigan before). The staff continued to make efforts to contact me from their personal phones, and when I finally answered again they alerted me of the theft. Because of their quick thinking and continued efforts to call me, I was able to cancel my card quickly without any major purchases going through! Their local police even got ahold of me with case number to give my bank to ensure I would be refunded.I can’t thank them enough for their consideration and kindness towards me!!“
