Very good coffee here, coming from a picky coffee customer. I don't do milk drinks so I can't speak to that, but as for the base quality of their beans and brew, they get high marks here. It's always a good sign, especially in Michigan, when a roaster's bags have a clear origin, process, flavor notes and a roast level/date. Incredible croissant! Very impressed with the pastry chef and glad we stopped in.
