“I always drive by here but never stop. But today my pregnancy cravings got me and I was craving a wet burrito very bad so I gave it a try and lemme just say this the food is absolutely delicious! The wet burrito is so filling and flavorful, definitely will be returning back and they’re very good priced. I highly recommend.“

“Just discovered The Forager and glad I did!On a leisurely weekend "back roads" drive about 2 hours north of my hometown I passed through Howard City around lunch time.We stopped in and had what was probably the best lunch of my life. Among the specials that day was scallops. I love them and couldn't resist. They were cooked perfectly and served with mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus.It was a pricey lunch but was worth the splurge!My friend had the schnitzel and it was equally as good. Also, get the smoked whitefish dip appetizer. It's fantastic!Try The Forager. You won't be disappointed.Looking forward to going back!“

“Stopped in for dinner on a Tuesday to order their steak dinner for 2 special. It did not disappoint and was an incredible value to boot.Restaurant looks to be either new or recently remodeled, service was very friendly and attentive, and the food was fantastic.The special includes 2 8 oz strip steaks with salad and mashed potatoes. The steaks were cooked to perfection (ordered medium rare) and not overseasoned. The salad was a delicious mixed green salad with generous portions of veggies and the mashed potatoes were also delicious!If I lived locally I would definitely eat here often!“

“It's a dive bar for sure, but there's nothing bad about that. The food is great, the bartenders are nice, and relatively quick on their feet. The people are all welcoming and social, and it's a great place to be to knock a couple cold ones back with the boys. Multiple tv's so you don't miss either of the games that are on. “Definitely a small town little bar, but the food is good and the drinks are well priced, and even mixed well! Friendly staff. Don't let the size scare you away, I suggest the nachos if you're looking for something good, great to split! Oh!!! And their hamburgers are great too! If you're nearby, don't worry about having to drive anywhere else. Worth the business!“
