“This Subway is conveniently located inside the Mugg and Bopps gas station. It may be small, but it gets the job done when it comes to freshly made sandwiches on the go. Today I stopped in to ease my pregnancy cravings and Collin did a great job accommodating to my needs and providing outstanding customer service.I ordered a number 18 which is an Italian BMT and boy did it hit the spot! Collin was friendly, super nice, and I really enjoyed our conversation we shared while he made my lunch. He listened to what I wanted, didn’t make any mistakes, and was more than happy to toast my sub twice. Even though the system was having issues, he kept his cool and patiently waited to slide my card to have my rewards added to my account. The receipt also took a while to spit out, but we both had a good laugh about it.What is interesting is you do not pay at the counter where your food is made. You take the receipt to the front counter of the gas station and pay up there. They do accept coupons and use the rewards system here as well.The only ingredient they do not carry here is the fresh avocado. Other than that, they have everything else you could need or want to put on your sandwich.I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner made by awesome sandwich artists who treat you with respect and have positive attitudes.On a side note - When I usually stop in here, I see Devin always working alone in the evenings. He is a great guy with a wonderful personality and has some good stories to share. Hopefully the owner or manager sees this review and gives both Devin and Collin a raise for being fantastic employees and for always showing up to work even though they are short staffed.“

“I recently placed an online order. My order wasn’t ready when I arrived but the young man working (Damon) was busy preparing my order. This young man was working alone. When I got home with my order we had an issue that was not the fault of Damon. I called the store and the delightful young man immediately solved our issue and was pleasant while doing so. He is friendly every time I visit the store and is part of the reason I choose the Subway on Latson Road in Howell. Good Job Damon. 5 Stars for you.“
