Our only complaint is to corporate - pretty soon you will have to change the name to Chicken Barrel - no ham anymore, the sampler platter is gone - all the good menu items are slowly disappearing and if you aren’t a chicken lover you don’t have much choice anymore.”

“I had my baby shower hosted at Kate’s and it was AMAZING! Not only was the food absolutely incredible but the team at Kate’s is just unmatched! Communication with Kate was effortless and I felt very heard and taken care of immediately. I was able to drop things off before the shower and when we arrived an hour before the event started, they had everything decorated for us and all set up! It was so nice to just be able to soak it all in without having to worry about the details. The staff was so professional and kind, they waited on us and our guests hand and foot—making sure we had anything and everything we needed. They helped tear down after the event and packaged up all the extra food up for us to take home. I would host an event here any time I could, it’s a well oiled machine and they have everything rehearsed and well thought out. The care, hospitality and kindness that Kate’s exemplifies is just unmatched and we were so lucky to have our event there. I received so many compliments from my guests that my shower was just so incredible and they had such a great time! I would recommend Kate’s any and every time! 100/10!!! Thank you Kate!!”

“I love this little shop. The food and coffee is great. It really is. The only downside is some of the staff let personal feelings affect service and that’s a shame. But I will continue to come here because I enjoy the atmosphere otherwise and the coffee. The Raven is certainly a gem in Port Huron.”

“Very good smashburger done to perfection, unless you like leathery burgers. The zip sauce is a great addition to the flavor of the beef without being too salty. I will go again for another one soon. The location is loaded with hard to find liquors and craft beers. Definitely worth the trip.”

“Today my husband stopped in to surprise me with cupcakes as I've been begging to try them. we got the carrot cake cupcake and the strawberry crunch cupcake and they were some of the best cupcakes I've ever had. moist and perfectly delicious. will definitely be coming back for many more sweet treats in the future :)”

“My kids and I stopped in for the first time today! We were so excited about a new sushi place, and we were not disappointed! We tried the wicked tuna roll, sweet home Alaska roll, and the Christmas morning roll of the month. All of them are delicious! I'm not usually a huge fan of raw fish in my sushi, but I very much enjoyed all three of these rolls. Our family will be back for more, for sure!”

“We were staying at a campground in Oxford and I did a search for dive bars and found this one about an hour away. We were greeted by the bartender Rhonda (Big Bird) who is very friendly and knows how to pour a good drink. Prices are great ($3 for well drinks). The bar has a lot of history and we got to meet the son of one of the original owners.”

“This is my second time at Anne's Diner. Both times our meals were amazingly good. I recently moved nearby, so it is convenient to be so close to Anne's Diner. Tonight my 10 year old great grandson had chicken tenders and fries and he raved about how good it was and gave it a 10/10! He wants to come back for breakfast. I enjoyed a delicious Chicken Parmesan dinner. The service was outstanding and the business was very clean. We have definitely found out new favorite diner in " Anne's Diner".”

I ordered a Steak Grinder and got a Cowboy Grinder. Ordered a Chef Salad and the lettuce was wrong and no meat! What the heck is going on?? Can they not read what ingredients go on stuff? With the prices I should get what I paid for! I spend $75 today! We live 45 minutes away, guess I should have checked everything 🙄 before we left. Not going there again!! Will drive to Lapeer, they always get it right!”

With that being said, I had a business meeting there yesterday, and thoroughly enjoyed my food and service.
