all food was cold, sausages were crispy cold and bacon is hard and cold. I suggest training cooks or you train them to serve fresh food. All was extra overdone and dry. A bad cook will ruin your business. Make them cook hard meal for you. No more hiring mistakes. God bless your business. Hope it's better next time.
Same old Bob Evans I knew and loved as far as the cleanliness and friendly service. I have been eating Bob Evans sausage and gravy since I was a kid. I went there the other day especially to have a taste of the sausage gravy and biscuits like my Kentucky father used to make me. Bob would roll over in his grave to see what they are serving. Were here on a business trip and haven't had Bob Evans since we were kids.... came in on 3/4/2024 at 12pm.... the hostess who was working was awesome.... and Danielle is one of the best servers we have had in a long time! If you go, ask for her... entire staff was very sweet and made the whole experience great. If we're ever back in Michigan we will be back for sure.
