“This is a great subway. Staff is very friendly. THIS SUBWAY DOES NOT HAVE A DRIVE THRU. I think some people are confusing this subway with the one in Romeo by m-53. Ignore any reviews that talk about a drive thru because they are about a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SUBWAY.“

“I love this place but make sure your employees are properly trained on how to make a blizzard. Went there last night and my 2 blizzards were not mixed properly. one with mint was mostly a vanilla ice cream with very little mint mixed in the second was a cookie jar and I didn't get to the fudge until I reached the bottle of the cup and the cookie dough and Oreos were only at the top. I will still be back and happy your remodel is now complete.“

“Love your sandwiches and I get them at least once a week! But so disappointed today :(. Drive to my normal location on hall and Hayes and found out they were closed for remodeling. So drove to Macomb location. I normally pay close attention while subs are made to correct issues but today I was getting pushed into paying before my subs were made. Sadly I got home and it was wrong :(. Ordered three subs total. 2 of three were not what was requested. ie wrong bread, missing mikes way dressing etc. one of the kids subs was completely smashed. it was obvious new employees were working and I’m not totally blaming them. Moving forward I will make sure I watch my sandwiches being made and wont get rushed to the register. I paid a lot for these sandwiches and expect to get what I ordered.“

“The GF and I had a craving for some White Castle before a concert. We placed our order ahead of time, so it was ready when we showed up. The sliders were cooked and tasted as you would expect. However, we ordered two fish sliders and have never ate something so bad. They tasted as if they were dipped in mercury after they were cooked. To make things worse, they smelt like rotting carp after sitting in the car for 10-15 minutes.“

“Husband and I went through the drive thru. There was one car at the order box and one car at the window. They were quick to take our order but had to wait forever for each order to come out and each bag was small so not too much to make. The food was super hot and very good tasting. The pops didn't have too much ice. The employees were very attentive and friendly answering any questions you have. You can tell it's a new building, the outside was tidy and lawn mowed, the parking lot was very clean with no litter.“

“I have gotten Firehouse catered for several meetings and a very large event. Sunny and Rita are always so great and accommodating, as well as on time when I get the catering delivered. Everytime I have ordered I get outstanding service, great communication, and our staff always loves the subs. This is also one of the only places I know with gluten free bread that is actually good. “I wish I got his name, but I keep forgetting!! Either way, he’s been there for a while, very sweet, wears glasses, but he’s wonderful at his job! Recently, he noticed I made a mistake on my online order where I forgot to substitute meat for a different protein(I’m vegetarian) and asked if I would liked it to be corrected. I had an incident where I got meat in my meal, forever ago; it was a simple mistake, but I got unnecessarily upset at them, he was there, and fixed it! Now, he still remembered and I found that really shocking. He has always been professional, helpful and leads with kindness. I appreciate him very much!“

“I just got a Dorito Loco Taco supreme about 5 mins ago from this location, and honestly it was literally the best dlt from taco I’ve ever had. I asked for extra sour cream and they lined it perfectly at the bottom so it was even all over, usually other places just put it anywhere and it’s uneven. Overall it was just loaded hot and amazing. I had to leave a review just for that. I would have took a pic but I ate it before I could think of it lol.“
