“This is a great subway. Staff is very friendly. THIS SUBWAY DOES NOT HAVE A DRIVE THRU. I think some people are confusing this subway with the one in Romeo by m-53. Ignore any reviews that talk about a drive thru because they are about a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SUBWAY.“

“Great food, great people, and great service. However, this place is PACKED. It seems like everyone goes here, and the line can get so long that it spills into multiple parking lots. I would hate to try to visit another store in this area when the drive-thru is backed up.

That said, I really think there should be someone directing traffic, especially when the two drive-thru lanes merge. People simply don't know how to take turns when merging, and there doesn't seem to be any clear system or rules in place. Some people will cut in front of others, while others have no idea who is supposed to go next.

The food and service are great, but the drive-thru situation can be a complete mess. Having someone manage the traffic and help direct cars when the lines merge would make a huge difference.“

“This Culver’s location does it right. I ordered a Wisconsin Swiss Melt and fries for dine in. It came out hot, fresh, and tasted amazing! It’s the same story with the fries, they were hot, salted perfectly, and delightfully crispy. The service was just as good as the food. I highly recommend trying it yourself.“

“The new manager Rana is great!! We get food a couple times a week here at our office and we forgot to put in our weekly order so Rana called me to see if we still were planning on ordering and took the time to follow up.. side note we were not going to order there that day but due to her making us feel noticed and welcome we ordered food for the entire office! I offered her a job in sales but she loves that industry as shes GREAT at her job.“

“My favorite cold sub is the #9 Club Supreme. And in the hot subs, the #15 Meatball and #18 Chicken parm are really good. They do a really great job and the "Mike's Way" with the oil and spices creates a flavor I don't get anywhere else.“

“Love your sandwiches and I get them at least once a week! But so disappointed today :(. Drive to my normal location on hall and Hayes and found out they were closed for remodeling. So drove to Macomb location. I normally pay close attention while subs are made to correct issues but today I was getting pushed into paying before my subs were made. Sadly I got home and it was wrong :(. Ordered three subs total. 2 of three were not what was requested. ie wrong bread, missing mikes way dressing etc. one of the kids subs was completely smashed. it was obvious new employees were working and I’m not totally blaming them. Moving forward I will make sure I watch my sandwiches being made and wont get rushed to the register. I paid a lot for these sandwiches and expect to get what I ordered.“

“I love this place but make sure your employees are properly trained on how to make a blizzard. Went there last night and my 2 blizzards were not mixed properly. one with mint was mostly a vanilla ice cream with very little mint mixed in the second was a cookie jar and I didn't get to the fudge until I reached the bottle of the cup and the cookie dough and Oreos were only at the top. I will still be back and happy your remodel is now complete.“

“I have gotten Firehouse catered for several meetings and a very large event. Sunny and Rita are always so great and accommodating, as well as on time when I get the catering delivered. Everytime I have ordered I get outstanding service, great communication, and our staff always loves the subs. This is also one of the only places I know with gluten free bread that is actually good. “This is the Taco Bell closest to my house! I am an avid Taco Bell Addict so I get annoyed easily if they aren't on point. I don't like lettuce so if they continually get my order wrong i won't go back...thankfully this has only happened a few times at this particular place. “My favorite sub is the Italian and Jersey Mike's is the BEST I've ever eaten. The meat is really high quality and the ham is especially very flavorful. The first time I ever got one, I was astonished at the amount of meat they put on them...I couldn't hardly bite into it, lol. I especially like that they cook their own roast beef right there and slice it as needed, as well as bake their own sub rolls...you can't get fresher than that!!!“

However, we ordered two fish sliders and have never ate something so bad. They tasted as if they were dipped in mercury after they were cooked. To make things worse, they smelt like rotting carp after sitting in the car for 10-15 minutes.“

“My daughter always orders your chicken sandwiches but always forgets to put extra mayo on the side. I have to call and ask for extra mayo Les Mc gives her the extra mayo and is very polite on the phone. I think my daughter is addicted to Heinz mayo! You u can't find it anywhere but Burger King. “Amy is one of the sweetest souls I have ever met. I came to her at the last minute, 2 days before my daughter’s birthday party. I didn’t have any special ideas in mind- my daughter honestly would’ve been happy with a plain white ice cream cake. But she did her own research on the party theme, went on her own time and bought special decor for the cake, and FAR exceeded our expectations. “I just got a Dorito Loco Taco supreme about 5 mins ago from this location, and honestly it was literally the best dlt from taco I’ve ever had. I asked for extra sour cream and they lined it perfectly at the bottom so it was even all over, usually other places just put it anywhere and it’s uneven. Overall it was just loaded hot and amazing. I had to leave a review just for that. I would have took a pic but I ate it before I could think of it lol.“

Recently, he noticed I made a mistake on my online order where I forgot to substitute meat for a different protein(I’m vegetarian) and asked if I would liked it to be corrected. I had an incident where I got meat in my meal, forever ago; it was a simple mistake, but I got unnecessarily upset at them, he was there, and fixed it!
