“Rita and her staff are amazing!!! I purchased lunch for my staff it wasn’t planned , I walked in fully expecting to be told no because of the amount of meals , we needed! But Ms Rita said I got you and the cashier even explained how to pre-order catering online! The food was amazing and hot so I just wanted to shout them out and thank them for a wonderful experience!“

“My food is always hot and fresh, and the people that work here are super nice and friendly. Sometimes it can take a minute to get my food but when i can tell it hasnt been sitting there i dont mind at all. I will continue to visit this location!“

“So, the food was good. The place was picked up. The guy who took my order was polite. But there was a female employee who was yelling back and forth with the manager as we waited for the food to be done. The other issue I had is that it was freezing in there! The thermostat read 53 degrees, it was almost too cold to eat inside we debated on eating in our car.“

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“Finally tried the Famous Hot Chicks and I am not disappointed! BCR Sando is 10/10 and the Strawberry lemonade was FIRE. loaded fries 10/10 LOVED the hot chicks sauce and just tried the new Shrimp Sandwich - still drooling“

As a first time being there I asked them to suggest something good app I went with their decision Crispy chicken burger with Cajun fries 😋 Chicken chawarma 😋 And the boneless grilled and fattouch 😋 I can't really tell you how delicious the food is! Gotta go try yourself 😋😋😋😋“

“My Mom placed a large order of chicken tenders from here for my nieces grad party. My Mom has a hard time getting around so she called to see if they would be able to load them for her. The team there was over the top nice to her and even called her the day of to see if she would rather they deliver them. The chicken tenders were HUGE! She ordered way more than we needed so I took the extras to my lake and everyone who had them thought they were AMAZING! We made sure everyone knew where we got them. We will definitely be back and so will our friends and family ❤️“
