“The food here was so good I loved the Rasta pasta and it was on special and I got so much for the price and it was amazing. I also had the smothered pork chops omg it was so good it melted in my mouth. The smothered pork chops were on special buy one dinner get one dinner free. The peach cobbler was to die for and the greens and Mac reminds me of my grandmothers so delicious!!!! The staff was super friendly I will be back soon!“

The only thing I hate is their inconsistent and tough hours, but I understand it's probably a small business thing they have to deal with.“

You have an occasion coming up where you will need or want a pan of macaroni and cheese...like today...because it's today and you will want a pan of macaroni and cheese. My family had turkey chops and chicken wings, yams, green beans, greens and cornbread and everything was good but when I tell you that mac and cheese is some of the best I've EVER had, including my own, which slaps, I mean it. The lady taking orders was friendly, the dining room was clean, maybe too clean? Cleaning products were left out in full view and maybe that's not the ambience you want while dining in but that mac and cheese tho...I will sit next to a vat of bleach and Fabuloso if it meant having more. Go. Order it. Order other stuff too. I think you'll be pleased.

“My first time trying this restaurant. It was pretty good. I had the beef ribs and chicken dinner. The ribs and Potato salad, were delicious. The sauce is fire. The chicken was a little light skin, but it was done all the way through. The greens and mac and cheese needed a little more seasoning, but over all it was good. I'll be returning.“

“Stopped in today with several coworkers and took advantage of the $10 lunch special. Brisket sandwich and fries. Fries were pretty good but the brisket sandwich is what will bring me back. “The food and owner are amazing! We used her for catering a memorial service for 60 people. There was a ton of food and everything was ate with pans scraped! The owner worked with us and our budget. She was such a blessing to our family during this hard time. People couldn’t get over how good the food was! I’ll definitely be using her again for future events and just dinner!“

“My and my brothers came in from Chicago. The food is great. Portions are even greater but the prices… The best. We got the beef bbq ribs , beef short ribs, fried turkey chops, and bbq turkey tips. None of their sides have pork in them . We are grateful for that swing we keep dietary law! The recipes taste like somebody granny back there! Will be back“
