I believed to be one of the managers he came over and asked how are meal was if there's anything more he can do, don't get that kind of service at too many places. Just on the edge of what I can tolerate heat wise (I am a wimp). Great taste. I used the consomme to make birria ramen for a later meal. (Just beef ramen, 2 sticks string cheese, and the consomme).
