“Ordered the Thanksgiving catering for $150. Said it should feed 5-6 in reality it could feed 10 easily. Turkey was good, ham was outstanding. Sides were delicious with the stuffing being a new family favorite. We picked the apple pick and it’s literally the best pie I have ever had. Highly recommend!“

However, I recently photographed a wedding at Planterra Conservatory where Forte Belanger was the catering and waitstaff team and I was BEYOND impressed. From waiting hand and foot on the bride and groom, to the absolutely delicious meal, the Forte Belanger team made it a black tie affair. I worked closely with Riley all day and she was helpful, cheerful, and so happy to serve. Diego, the event manager, was professional, discrete, and even snagged me a coffee while I was capturing the dance floor. Jesus was the bartender and he was friendly and didn't mind filling up my water multiple times as I was working. Dinner was fantastic and I'm still dreaming about the potatoes. It was easy working with them and everything went exactly according to plan. They even have staff that can come out to help, the woman at our wedding was super nice and paid close attention when people were finishing to come get the empty plates out of their way. “First time customers (7/12/2025). We needed to find a new BBQ place to satisfy our taste buds since SHEETZ is taking over 12 & Mound. WE FOUND IT. Ordered the Judges' sampler to try their variety. Ribs, Brisket, Pulled Pork, Chicken, Baked Beans and Hush Puppies are ALL EXCELLENT. The Coleslaw could have been a bit creamer, but we didn't come here for veggies or salad. Loved their sauces as well. We will definitely be back and bringing friends.“
