“Omg I love this place from the bottom of my heart ❤!! Their food is amazing and their portions r just as great! I especially love their mandi I cannot emphasize how amazing it was; filled with so much flavor and spice my mouth was in heaven!!!! And the chicken tandoori was perfectly crispy on the outside but so tender inside it was perfect!!!!! “VESTAVIA HILLS, AL LOCATION: I have been excited to tell yall about this place man (video review coming soon)! I got the chance to go to the grand opening of Dave's Hot Chicken and boy did it live up to the hype! Let's start off with first impressions. The building looks super cool from the outside to the inside. From the dope color skeems to the patterns and art work. Staff was amazing as well. Even though we were in a long line everything moved quickly. Staff was very helpful and whoever that lady manager is was doing her freaking job boy I loved her! Now let's get to some negative before we get to the positive. Something was absolutely wrong with that milkshake machine or the product. It was awful tasting and had a weird stringy like glue consistency. We don't know what it was but we quickly threw them away. We even saw other customers pouring their milkshakes out rinsing the cups and getting soda instead. Hopefully by now they have caught this and fixed the situation. Now the positive. The food itself I don't have anything to say but delicious! The chicken was good and everything went so well with each other. Like man the only thing to me that was just okay was the macaroni and cheese it was just cheese and noodles. It just needed a little salt and pepper and it would have been in there. It was still good though. If you have not been to Dave's yet you need to go now. Also check out my video review on my Facebook page coming out this week!“

“Me and the Fam were at Location 2031 in Pontiac. All of our first times and it was a good experience. Greeted and served by Stephanie. She had a great attitude. Love her customer service. Even made conversation with our 6 yr old. Food was delicious, served in a timely manner. Overall great experience.“

“Amazing Indian food and great customer service! My wife orders from here once every couple of weeks and their food is always on par. Portion sizes are pretty generous they give a lot of rice so we're able to repurpose that. Mango lassi is so good!“

“Dave’s hot chicken is really good. The food was hot and prompt. The prices are a tad high but the tenders are good quality.
One person in particular that has outstanding service is DREW. He was kind and very respectful. I had a crazy order and he got everything right.

“08.27.24 It's been a minute, WAY TOO LONG, since I've been in the area, bringing up many memories, back in the dayz.. took advantage while I was in the area.. I ordered a 'grilled chicken'...and it's more like a grilled seasonal rotisserie' WHOLE CHICKEN, face-down, served with slices of lemon, FF, sliced tomatoes, 'pickled' green peppers', came with nice side salad in the beginning, ended with small hot tea.. WAY MORE than I can handle for sure! Definitely worth the $25 meal (disadvantage, no alcohol served)... Overall.. very good Middle East restaurant!“

“This new place in the OC is amazing. The food is delicious, (relatively) healthy, and there are good options. You can customize your bowl and the staff are all very friendly. I think I went here 5 times in a week. Chicken is really good. I'll be coming here often!“
