The carne asada tacos were great. The shells were great,easy to bite and not too flavorful, the meat was tender but a bit too charred on the outside and the salsa served with the tacos was great when it was put on the taco.“

“I am absolutely shocked that I could build my own 11 inch pizza for less than $15. Unlimited toppings! I am a vegetarian so I loaded it up with just about every veggie along with fresh mozzarella and a dash of ranch on top. In this day and age, most restaurants want to charge you for every little thing. “Carryout is SO FAST! I order online often and the drive thru is SO convenient and my order is always ready within the 5 minute drive it takes me to get there. Excellent and consistently good. “Okay, so there are two Papa Romano's on Crooks in Troy and that can be confusing. Especially because this one is good, and the other one we have not had much luck with. We used to have a Papa Romanos near my house growing up, so I grew up with Bambino bread and deep dish pizza! When it closed, I was sad. This location is further away and does not deliver to our house. The other location is close to my husband's work, so we have purchased from there a couple of times and it is just not the same. I decided to write this review because most times when I go in to pick up, it is the same guys in there. I like that and I think they deserve to be recognized for creating superior pizzas to the location down the street. (At least from our experience)And to the lady who gave a one star review for not tipping. I'm sorry, I have to comment. Shame on you. If you can't afford a tip, then you should not be getting it delivered, period, not debatable. It is not the driver's fault you don't have the money. Make yourself a PB&J and wait until you can tip, or don't order. Props to that driver for her standing up to people like you. I hope her boss secretly gave her a high five. “The best Tubbys in Metro Detroit. They used to all have this quality. The grillers here and the grill are the key. It's a small area with only 5 tables are so but during lunch there is constant in and out traffic. I always in when I'm over this way.“

The Walk on the Wild Side salad looked amazing (I don't care for salmon) and had two nice sized salmon filets. My Harvest Grains salad was perfection in a bowl. An amazing blend of flavors between crunchy apples, tangy goat cheese, and the fresh grilled flavored chicken. The salads are huge and filling! I split mine amongst three meals and my husband got two. We had no problem with customizing my salad a bit (I don't like beets) and it was obvious the people working that day took pride in creating beautiful food.
