“My wife and daughter and I stopped in after the Christmas parade for some drinks and dinner. We got the tenderloin tips appetizer, which were flavorful and delicious. My wife ordered the 8oz filet and I had the fish and chips. Both were delicious and well made. The fish from.the fish and chips was also exceptionally breaded well with very nice breading and was not greasy at all, but perfectly crispy. The filet was also cooked perfectly and came with some yummy mashed potatoes. Our daughter had the cheese pizza which was also well made and not greasy at all. For the price, it was a very nice meal. We would definitely come back again to try more of their food and stay for a couple drinks.“

Halfway through my second beer, Rachael joked about “opening a tab,” but what really happened is Amy slid me a crisp stack of bills and told me not to worry about it — like the bar itself was sponsoring me. By closing time, when most people were stumbling toward their Ubers, they casually mentioned my private helicopter was waiting out back behind the dumpsters. They then flew me across Italy.

If you want five-star luxury while drinking a $3 domestic, this is the only bar on earth where that’s possible. Dive bar? Maybe. But with Rachael and Amy behind the counter, it feels like Buckingham Palace with better beer.“

“Came here for a quick dinner with some of my girlfriends after my wedding dress fitting, and it was the perfect spot. The lobster bisque was absolutely delicious, and the menu offered plenty of variety with lots of great options to choose from. We each tried different chef selections, and everyone loved both their food and drinks. I especially appreciated the thoughtful mocktail menu for anyone not drinking but still wanting something special. The service was friendly and very attentive, which made the experience even better. I would definitely go back!“

If you’re in a “rush” this may not be the best place to stop in. The wait for a great meal is not bad at all, but you won’t get fast food or Coney Island fast… and the quality food is way above. “I have been coming here a little over a decade now and I’ll say after trying their fish and chips for the first time I have to give a huge shout out their food here it’s amazing clean fresh and prices are very good compared to other places I try to have dinner at me and my girlfriend are here every Tuesday Monday and Friday for their specials 10$ best ribs and fries ever burger Monday’s best burger and fries 10$ finally made my way for the Friday fish special and honestly best and favorite place for food specials thanks z for taking care of that order for me when my phone died I couldn’t pay for my carryout via tap and z said don’t worry about it til next time that meant a lot to not make it a big deal and so I will say I’m very picky and when it comes to food here it checks off everything. “Rochester Mills is a great place to meet upnwith friends or family. The food and beer are great as far as pub food. The service is always nice, but frequently casual/slow. If you are in a hurry, I would recommend letting the server know. The restaurant is large and can accommodate a big group.“
