“While riding the place caught my attention due to it being in a plaza. I walked in there was one customer ahead of me then I made my selection I chose the Orange Roughy sandwich awesome choice. I was indeed satisfied with my purchase. This is a family business and to the staff keep cooking scrumptious chicken and more I loved the fish thanks again for the service.

I really didn’t feel like cooking today, so after work, my daughter and I decided to stop by Westland Fish and Chicken. Let me just say—I usually drive all the way to Detroit for my fish and chicken because I haven’t found a spot near my job that actually tastes good… until now.

Baby, let me tell you—from the moment I tasted those catfish nuggets, I was in LOVE! I couldn’t even take a picture because I started eating right away. The okra? Perfectly cooked and so flavorful. I ordered the 12-piece leg & thigh (crispy), and it was just right—not greasy or tasting like old oil.

And can we talk about the fresh peppers?! You have to have peppers with your chicken—especially if you’re a spicy girl like me! 🔥

Oh, and the crawfish? Delicious. My son gave it the stamp of approval. He tore up the chicken and saved the crawfish for his little “treat” later.

The food was so good, I literally called them back just to say thank you and let them know how much I enjoyed it. Now that’s how you know it hit the spot!

“Came at dinner, got breakfast. Just finished at the gym and was needing some dinner. My friend and I stopped in on a Monday around 7p and were greeted at the door and were told to seat ourselves. Water arrived promptly and our order was taken within a few minutes. We both ordered Greek skillets and a side coney dog for an appetizer, because a three egg skillet just ain’t enough. Food was fantastic, a good sized portion and came fast! Our server was very attentive and brought extra waters as she could tell we were thirty having just came from the gym.
The atmosphere is what it is. Place needs some love on the interior, maybe some paint, some new tables. Booths are a little worn and tables show visible signs of years of patronage. Go to Anna’s house if you want decor and overpriced food is my take.
Overall this place hits right and I don’t care what the tables look or feel like as long as the service and food are consistently as good as it was tonight.“

Seated immediately but had to wait a bit for food during Prime time. Waitress was wonderful and empathetic and brought us a free appetizer while we waited. “This is our family's absolute favorite Chinese restaurant. They give you a very large portions of their super delicious food at a reasonable rate. And I'm not embellishing, I literally don't have to cook for the next 2 days when we get food from here. The employees especially the gentleman that always answers the phone and cashes you out are so friendly! “Had a meal with my mom yesterday the biscuits came dried out, hard like rocks and came out old and cold. Our waitress never brought out plates for out appetizer I had to ask for them. I had to ask for bags to take our food home, the dinning room was dirty and full of tables that needed to be cleaned. I never received another drink when I asked for a refill. The food was just ok nothing special and for the cost of 2 meals, appetizer, and dessert, with 2 drinks the service was awful. I've been to this location before and everything was fine. But yesterday it was just awful I was trying to take my mother out for a good time. Your restaurant costs so much to have awful customer service.“

This store sprinkles a lemon-pepper seasoning on the chicken as a topping. Filled my hunger and satisfied my capsaicin addiction. Chicken was hot, flavorful, and juicy. I've been to other KKC stores that haven't been as good with quality (possibly because of the time of day), but these guys had it right. Juicy flavorful meat, crunchy skin, and not bad for the price. 2 pieces of fish, 2 thighs, and 3 Jalapeño peppers for $13.60. Will go again.“

The chicken breast was delicious, but overcooked and dry. Potatoes and gravy were fine. The dressing had good flavor but I didn’t care for the consistency.
